He shot into an occupied car. He murdered a child. Murders should go to prison. Praying for healing for the families.

Stop being so impulsive and think before you act! So quick to pull out a gun and shoot into a car without any common sense at all. For what? To punish a driver that pissed you off? He regretted it the minute after he did that, especially when he found out he killed a baby boy, he regretted the entire action he took as he ran and hid, and the paranoia kicked in for being a child killer. At this time on this day, he knew he was going to be found guilty. Now to prison, and California has the most violent prisons in the country, where child killers, become targets, and he knows he has to hide. Protective custody will be his best bet doing all his time in a cell. The human mind adapts to everything, every inconvenience, but the one thing the human mind never adapts to, is of course "regret".
In China he would be dealt with immediately, in the US he will eventually cost the tax payers millions of dollars.

Winnie Lee was sentenced earlier this month and effectively served zero days in prison for her role in enabling and then concealing the crime she and her bf committed. The entitled witch basically got away with murder, and I'm not entirely convinced she was not the instigator of the crime. She cut off the other driver and then repositioned her vehicle behind the very vehicle she cut off so that her bf could take aim at it. Entitled witches and pricks always surround themselves with puppets. And puppets are just entitled pricks and witches in training. IMO Winnie Lee and her bf are equally guilty of murder. Entitled witches and pricks are always looking to instigate.

It will be overturn appeals court as this is a national syndrome affecting every driver every day in America everyone is guilty of road rage at some point in time in their life whether I just be honking your horn or give him a dirty look everyone is hypocrites when they want to convict this man and just like everyone is a victim of our system and its overcrowding of our roadways. With Signs and stoplights,Not to mention the price of gas and insurance to maintain these vehicles because it is so expensive that is why we will see these increasing As we have on a daily basis at an alarming level across this nation if not the world

Any crime against a child is a BIG no no inside a California prison it’s a must he will get handle but he will be in protected custody
