I think he performed well on the stand, as others have said, but the story of an on-spec hit to frame him so as to then extort him is just outlandish, and his responses to the claimed extortions didn't fit with my view of how an innocent person would respond.
I'm not sure Wendi's a very nice person. Maybe she didn't know, but if you watch her police interview she happily slipped into providing a very detailed alibi without asking any questions about what had happened and how he was, suggesting she was already mentally prepared to give her alibi. It's notable that she didn't think of attending the hospital herself or procuring a friend/rabbi to visit him until it was suggested by someone else, even though she knew he was "very religious". I think there's a problem getting "beyond reasonable doubt" with her though.

Staring at his lawyer. Classic narcissism. Someone else is always to blame.

Thank God to the jury for having some common sense and trusting in circumstantial evidence. I saw way too many people in the live chat calling for Not Guilty or Hung Jury to feel confident that justice was going to prevail.

Honestly, I thought there was going to be at least one juror foolish enough to believe ridiculous defense theory. But no….they all saw through it….

It was a ridiculous defense. Even those hee-haws from the land Wendi disdained as God-forsaken could see that, hyuck-hyuck-hyuck.
I bet Wendi will try for a change of venue 😂

I was worried also. You just never know. Thankfully Justice prevailed.

Oh wow, you were a part of that crew who actually thought Charlie's story was somewhat believable hey? LOL. Yikes! Thank God the jurors had a little bit of common sense and weren't complete idiots 😮

I've never seen that either but I guess a last name doesn't really identify them unless the last name is like Van Ben der Buigen de Malghsa (yes totally made that up).

Every juror voted guilty. What good did that lawyer do who picked his juror? All that money for nothing. 😮😮😮
