Weird!! That’s wild. A good idea for someone using their phone a lot is to get a phone stand or tripod. When I have to use my phone a lot, I don’t like holding it. It ends up hurting my shoulder and neck.
Nice trick! Yeah it’s very apparent that we were never meant to use our phones to the extent it’s become! I guess now the new challenge is to find more sustainable ways to use them
@@MedyFlix yes. So true. Another issue is eyes! I try not to look at my screen whenever I can avoid it and just listen to info. But when I do have to look at my phone I use orange glasses to cut down the blue light and keep the phone pretty dim. I have eye floaters that I think are from looking at the bright screen too much. Thanks for your videos. Best wishes for your channel. It looks like it will be cool and grow quickly.
@@tnijoo5109it's great to see that you've become so actively involved in prioritizing yourself and your health, while still adapting to the digital lifestyle - that's essentially the best approach! Thank you very much for the kind wishes!
@@MedyFlix well… I was pretty much forced into it. LOL. But I thought I would mention it in case you wanted to warn people of damage to their eyes. IDK. Because I wish I’d known sooner and been doing these things all along. Just an idea. Anyways, thanks.
Adding pinkie yoga to my exercise regime 😅🙌🏽 thanks for the insights !!
Haha let me know how it goes! 😆
