Add chill music to your videos and make your shorts more about modern beliefs and how they aren’t true like this left brained and right brained one.
Thanks !
I love these shorts!
@@reabetswemodise243 thank you!
Dr. Sujay calling letters "numbers" will be the MediFandom's running gag.
Brain never stops being fascinating, WOW. How counterintuitive!
Very counterintuitive! There’s so much more going on inside our heads, it’s endlessly fascinating!
I’ve been practicing a quick, free 7-second brain trick that is backed by NASA research, it really works. I mentioned it on my profile for those who are curious
Ooh sounds great! Please make a video on it!!
@@MedyFlix most definitely
Great presentation 👌🏿
Thank you! 😊
Yay..! Ours (we, your fan's..)channel is growing ❤🎉. Nice session as always ..Stay energetic sir🤝
Thank you!
I think the danger with this drug is that it interferes with the bodies appetite. Normal appetite suppression is achieved by eating highly nutritious bioavailable foods that fulfil the bodies needs, primarily for protein which in natural foods comes with an energy source fat in the case of animal foods carbohydrates in the case of plants. We know that there is a huge malnutrition problem in Western Society lack of vitamin D etc. This will just be exacerbated by this drug. Because proper nutritional advice i.e. what to eat, when you are going to eat when using this appetite suppressant will not be part of the prescription, most people will turn to their favourite addictive foods that are calorie high and nutrition low in their eating window. I think there is going to be a huge unforeseen issue with malnutrition.
Yup it really is something that needs to be examined, because there is enough research based evidence to point towards the detrimental effect that processed food has had on our health
Ozempic face refers to the quick loss of fat causing loose skin in the face, not some bullshit about depression. Did you just pull that concept out of your ass? I was actually hoping for a good reason not to use semaglutides but this video doesn't really provide any.
You eat, You Get Fat ... You take Ozempic for weight loss, You eat more and more and more .... funny. no short cut for weight loss, who did that will regret it the bad way possible...
Yes, though it’s very difficult, the trade offs for those shortcuts are not worth it
You stop eating on Izempic, that's how it works, it breaks people's food addictions and helps them recalibrate
Ozempic slows down food digestion in the stomach and causes people to feel satiated for longer and thus feel fuller and eat less. Are people really this ignorant about this medication? People need to stop treating weight loss like it's a religion with moral lessons when it's not.
@@tofubutcher7456 that is the main use case for Wegovy … however there are further studies revealing a percentage return of weight gain after cessation of these drugs. Research still ongoing..
Slim down by don't eat and no work out technically the same as "why type 2 diabetes make you weight loss" change how you eat and work out is the only right answer..plz.
Those stupid dings around minute three made me turn off this vid. They’re WAY TOO LOUD, considering how low the volume of your voice is!!! I was wearing earbuds. Last vid of yours I’ll watch, for fear of being blasted again.
I fully agree , sorry about that, the sound design was really off in this one… I’ve corrected it in all future videos after this one. Unfortunately difficult to change it in this one…
Great video doc!
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed it!
Fortunately I could beat T2D without taking any meds. I've just eliminated any sugar and fructose from my diet by not eating processed food.
That’s brilliant to hear! Did you quit it all cold turkey or did you gradually eliminate sugar/processed foods from your diet?
@@MedyFlix As I was diagnosed with T2D in November 2021 that was a shock to me.I was very close to diabetic stage A1c 6.2. I didn't want to take any meds, so I told my Doc that I'll fix it on my way. A lecture from Dr. Lustig (Sugar -The Bitter Truth) told me the way. I'm a chemist, so it was clear to me what to do. I quit sugar and fructose consumption immediately. I live in Germany (Europe), there is easy access to non processed food. I've learned cooking. I reversed my prediabetic stage within 3 months.
Preach brother 🙌🏼
🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
Here's my problem, I will happily workout 5 days a week, I put the hours in, if I could outrun my bad diet I would be ripped now. My problem is I'm straight up addicted to sugar, I can't stop, whenever I try cutting back I get headaches, grumpiness and other side effects it's awful. I am always hungry and whenever I eat my meals (which to be far are fairly healthy, all made from whole foods, no takeouts/ready meals etc) I am still hungry. I've tried the whole drinking a glass of water before or after. Nothing ever makes me feel full so I turn to snacks. I'm not massively overweight like 5-10kg would be fine to lose but I've tried all the conventional weight loss techniques. We live in a world were so much food is designed to be over eaten, because the more we eat the more money companies get. My travel to the gym involves going past 5 different fast food places and many bus stops that usually advertise food. I defo think we shouldn't be using Ozempic as the first go to for weight loss, try other things first but I won't lie, I do get it. To just not have that constant nagging hunger plague me everyday honestly sounds amazing. I am personally going to try some talking therapy to try and help my eating habits. However if even that doesn't help or work I think I would look into getting this medication (like it's going to cost the same amount as therapy would anyway!).
First of all, thank you for being so open about the struggle, and I agree, the struggle is very real indeed! This is not merely just a problem about one drug alone, but so many multiple factors that are also at play... it really is a rabbit hole of influences (which would've gone beyond the scope and time of this video - perhaps in future will create something with even more details and further data) Also - though its an uphill battle, the world outside of fitness is paved with instant attractions, and fast foods and and soaring prices of health checks - it is indeed difficult. But I suppose that is why the journey of health and fitness is a long, arduous one of many ups and downs, but ultimately worth it once you go through it, not because of what you achieve alone, but also because of who you have to become to reach the goal. It is indeed a personal journey of exploration of what works for you... I wish you well on the talk therapy/CBT ... I am sure you'll do great!
What are you 5 years old you just wrote an essay of excuses. Lots of people do it so you can too, really not that hard to cut out sugar
Great Information Doc 👌🏼

This techniques is cool.❤there is also the law of repetition.. that everything u Learn and relearn again has a better chance sticking in ur head. ..😊
Yes definitely, repetition - especially when it’s spaced repetition, is great for long term memory retention 👌🏽👌🏽
amazing content, hope it gets more recognition.
Thank you! I’m glad you really liked it! Really appreciate the well wishes 😊
Awesome vid doc! Do you have any tricks that help us absorb and apply information, not so much for memory but for the critical analysis often done in academic research? I read papers to increase my knowledge so I can inform my research but I often wonder if there's more efficient ways of doing it, because I'm not getting "traditionally tested" so I can't tell how much of what I'm really reading is being absorbed by my brain to whip out when I need to make an appropriate argument. Unless that is memory too?
So research would feel different in terms of the applied aspects of it, but essentially the outcomes of the research and memory thereof would still be along the same lines of short term to long term memory
Sir please teach how to use mind palace 🙏
Sounds like a great video idea! 👌🏽👍🏽
Coming in the next video !

You know what they say, My blant pencil is better than your sharp memory :)

Baby steps! 😄🤞🏽
Kind of arrived to this same conclusion about those cycles and how to use them a couple years ago but never thought there was actual scientific backup for it. I thought I was just justiying my laziness. THANK YOU
Great stuff!
- 🎶 Ultradian rhythms are natural cycles in the body, running in 90-minute intervals throughout the day. - 🧠 Each individual has unique ultradian rhythms that alternate between productivity periods and rest periods. - 🔄 Observing your daily routines can help you identify your peak energy times and low energy times. - 📈 Scheduling challenging tasks during peak energy states boosts productivity and creativity. - 🌿 Taking breaks in nature or engaging in light activities during rest periods enhances relaxation. - 🧘♂ Mindfulness practices or light exercise during breaks can optimize productivity. - 💡 Aligning work and rest with your ultradian rhythms promotes overall well-being and sustainability. - ⏰ Breaks should be less than 30 minutes to ensure readiness for the next peak energy phase.
😊👌🏽
Can your muscles get too complacent with whatever exercise? Do you have to "shock" them and do something else sometimes for it to be effective ?
You would definitely need to grow the endurance baseline of your muscles over time, in a gradual fashion… they are very adaptable though, so the more consistent you are, the easier it becomes to level up
Thanku very much I really appreciate this vid I'm glad I got this video today. Thanku
My pleasure! Glad you enjoyed it!
"I get to do ABC" "I choose to do XYZ" 🤩
Mind blowing content!
Thank you! More on the way soon!
I would like to get more info about that. Bcs i have a lot of Question. Howe much is the sleep and the time when you wake up changing the rhythm ? Does Coffin or Alcohol change it ? What is happening if you are in a flow state?
Love the questions! Will create more videos related to these!
please send the source or the study
Will do in future thanks for suggestion!
Really insightful, Comrade...
