Superkop Espresso machine hand lever Rotation

Heyho,
here is a short video of my rotation with the Superkop espresso machine.
The first machine of this kind with which I was able to get good espressos with repeat accuracy! So since I'm so happy with the device, here's a little video of it :)
Beans have just arrived from my private favorite roaster. I use a Comandante Ironheart as a grinder and a Felicita arc as a scale.

What's the temperature of the coffee in the cup ?

Kinda depends on the cup :D And If I preheat it. But normally I dont. Today I measured it for you after the extraction and it was 66°C.
