@@BitesandStrikesFishing we don't have any creature like that in Ohio , well maybe a musky. It takes so long to get that big up here not many people eat them and they are very hard catch. Prefer panfish and kitties.

@@jamestboehm6450 unfortunately down here people like to keep the big ones too. Gar can get up to 8’ which is probably 70 years old and they will keep them.
Of course sometimes, like in the video, they won’t survive the catch.

My buddy Buffalo Bayou Fishing had one latch on to his arm.
