You came to the rescue again! This just happened to me and I freaked for a nano-moment. Then I thought, I'll bet Jeanette has a video on this, hahaha! YOU DID! Thank you Maestra. XOXO
This just happened to me right now and I frantically searched for a video on this , you are a God send thank you so much for helping me keep my sanity in what could’ve been a complete melt down 😀
Thank you so much! You saved to me! I have a PE 800 first time I've run out of Bobbin on the design. I followed exactly what you did and it was perfect.
Thank you SO MUCH! I hadn’t touched the machine for over a year! And i decided to throw a polo shirt in to print my brand and HOPE i didn’t come across any issues cause its been a minute and i haven’t mastered this machine. The bobbin message came up & the first google video result was yours! Thanks for taking the time to put the video up cause i would’ve just stopped & put it off 👍🏾
You are so welcome! Glad to hear that the video was a great help! Have fun making your shirt and I hope you start using your machine more. I love mine!!! You are going to get hooked!
I absolutely Love your videos they have saved me a dozen times so far and I'm so grateful for them. This is the first time using a sewing machine let alone a embroidery machine. So thank you so so much.
Thank you for this video. I just got the brother pe800 and had no idea how to continue with project when bobbin ran out. This was so straightforward and easy to follow and was the same steps for this machine model. Thank you!!!!
Once again an Emmy award video!!! I was really glad to see this, as I was worried how I would change the bobbin. You took the fear out of it for me. Thanks once again. ):
Thank you so much for this very easy to understand video. I Will be checking out more of your videos as I have just bought my first Brother embroidery machine.
Thank you so much for posting tutorials with the SE1900. If it wasn't for you, I would probably take a lot longer learning my new embroidery/sewing machine.
Hi Patti! Thanks. Love the SE1900! I own it for about three years now. There is a new version. Check out the SE1950. The only difference is the speed. The new one stitches about 850 verse the old one that does 650.
@@BoricuaSewingCrafts Thanks for the advice . It depends on the price. I think i will be happy with SE 1900. I like how you make things look so easy. And you take your time. Didnt know you could use bigger hoop. And great idea about prewound bobbins. Keep up the good work. 💖💖💖
@@patti5173 I saw the new verson on sale at Joann's for $1100. Either machine you will love. I'm so glad you like the videos. I don't like rushing because I really want the new folks to learn and enjoy embroidering. It's so much fun and I love all the great things you can create for family, friends and even sell if you like.
Thank you for this video! I was so afraid of removing my project midway. I have the SE1950, which is basically the same machine and your videos have been SO helpful!
I recommend writing down the last stitch you completed. After that, you create your bobbin, reload the design and forward to your last stitch. I usually substract 20 stitches from the total.
This is very helpful, but if we don't have pre-loaded bobbins on hand and need to wind a new bobbin, is there any way to do that? Thanks so much for your help!
Found your video a little late, but I Found It. I will know better next time. One question for you. How or where do you get your designs or do you purchase a program and if so which one? Can’t download the same ones off of the internet. I just purchased the Brother SE1900…. mi amor nuevo…
How do you get the white bobbin underneath to detach from the material? Every time I take my design off when completed the bobbin is still connected to the material, do I cut it or is it suppose to do itself ?
Do you have to cut the bobbin when finished, when my embroidery is complete and I detach it from the machine the white bobbin is still attached to my material.
Hi Tanisha. No. You don't cut the bobbin. You should see the bobbin thread on the back of the embroidery design. This is what holds all the stitches together.
For some reason when i am embroidering , the message pops up on the screen for me to change the bobbin thread but i have just changed it and its still full i dont know what is causing that
Yes but two things. The manual has you locking the machine down whenever you are inserting a bobbin for safety purposes. Are most folks just skipping this step? And , if you do choose to lock down the machine, do the bobbin insertion and go back to the design, does it keep your place in the design? Secondly, what if you don't have a second wound bobbin on hand. What if you are doing free-standing lace and you need to wind a bobbin with your upper thread, then install both upper thread and bobbin using the lock-down feature? When you go back to your design, will it remember where you left off?? just curious
Hi Michelle, When changing out my bobbin. I don't lock down the machine. If you don't shut off your machine you should be able to continue where you left off. I always backstitch about 10 spots and then continue. Another thing I do when having issues is I write down the stitch count of where I left off in the design. This way in case something happens and I have to restart the machine. I know exactly where I left off. All you have to do is fast forward to the stitch count you were at before restarting.
Hi Jyoti. Write down the number where the stitching stopped. Restart the machine. And then fast forward to the number you wrote down. These way you are not starting the stitching from the beginning.
@@BoricuaSewingCrafts Thanks so much! Your videos are SO helpful! Another question, in the middle of a project I'm now getting the message to rethread upper thread, over & over. I think it may be a tension issue, but don't see how to adjust tension in middle of a project. Any suggestions?
Do you know how to set up the machine to show the error message? I am not getting a message when my bobbin is low or empty . I think there is a setting that I should have.
Hi Ann, This message should come up automatically. I recommend testing out a bobbin which is almost empty and stitch out a couple of letters. The error message should come up when you can only do about 30 more stitches. If you aren't getting the message reach out to Brother to let them know. They should be able to help you trouble it. You want to make sure they are aware of the problem while the machine is under warranty.
What happens when I do this and the bobbin starts showing on the top?? (It wasn’t doing that before until I had to change the bobbin mid way through my project?? PLEASE ANYONE HELP THIS HAS BEEN DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!

Please tell me the exact pre-wound bobbin I need for my Brother SE 1900 and where to buy them.

How do you get the white bobbin underneath to detach from the material? Every time I take my design off when completed the bobbin is still connected to the material, do I cut it or is it suppose to do itself ?
Hi Tanisha. You don't remove the bobbin thread from the design. This is required to keep the stitching intact.
THANK YOUUUUU!!!!!!

How do you wind the bobbin while it’s still in embroidery mode? My machine won’t do it
HI Princess Alvir! I just posted a video on how to do it. It's on the channel. This will help.
For some reason when i am embroidering , the message pops up on the screen for me to change the bobbin thread but i have just changed it and its still full i dont know what is causing that
Irving, you probably need to clean the machine. You might have lint that is blocking the sensor. I have a video on my channel about this.
Yes but two things. The manual has you locking the machine down whenever you are inserting a bobbin for safety purposes. Are most folks just skipping this step? It can be one of two things. 1. You are having tension issues 2. You have inserted your bobbin in the machine incorrectly.
I did exactly as you said my as soon as I started embroidering again it broke my needle.
Your needle was mostly likely lose or dull. Always make sure to change your needles after 8 hours of stitching.
