I was smoking a joint out front of the nightclub I was working at when Shifty Shellshock came to get drink tickets from the gm. I told him "I got one of these..." and he took the joint and smoked it with me. By the end of the night he spent all the money they made on speed and was screaming at his band mates butt he was super kewl before the show started ::)
I met Shifty once. He asked me where the bathroom was. I pointed towards the back. He then began howling with laughter as he took out a flask and proceeded to urinate into it. He then began to chug from the flask and held a lighter up to his lips before belching a huge ball of flame. As I stood there shellshocked, he looked me in the eyes and said, “no one will ever believe you.”

I love the snarky humor and nostalgia factor of those deep dives. Nü-metal was something! If this comment doesn't get buried, I have two suggestions for a future installment: NO ONE - Chemical: the most nü-metal video ever, a true forgotten gem TWISTED MACHINE - Crazy Farce: did you know they still make nü-metal in China to this day?! I live there and have been to several mixed bill shows where there would be one death metal band, one hardcore band, and... one nü-metal band. Most are small and local and some evolve into thrash or whatever but some stay entrenched there, and Twisted Machine is one of the biggest, though more on the rap-metal side of things

Ben stiller was in crazy town?
Dude is it just me or did the video edit out all of the songs except 3 seconds for at least those first two
I love the snarky humor and nostalgia factor of those deep dives. Nü-metal was something!
If this comment doesn't get buried, I have two suggestions for a future installment:
NO ONE - Chemical: the most nü-metal video ever, a true forgotten gem
TWISTED MACHINE - Crazy Farce: did you know they still make nü-metal in China to this day?! I live there and have been to several mixed bill shows where there would be one death metal band, one hardcore band, and... one nü-metal band. Most are small and local and some evolve into thrash or whatever but some stay entrenched there, and Twisted Machine is one of the biggest, though more on the rap-metal side of things
I'm not sure of the exact timing here, but Trust Company either tried to be Chevelle or Chevelle did a better job at being Trust Company.
The metal cage around the stage just screams "We got both kinds of metal: Nu-metal, and rap metal"
