3 tips to get up at 4 AM:
1.) Keep your alarm clock/phone away from you (on a high place) before going to bed.
2.) Drink at least 1L of water at night so you can use the restroom when you wake up.
3.) In 21 days, your body will gradually adapt to this new habit.
I somehow tried the second option yesterday night. It's drinking water right after you go to bed. Today I woke up before my alarm went off. I really had to go to the bathroom. It really works.

bro i also dont know... since from my childhood till now m having this habit. if u also want to wake up in early morning then at once it may be difficult for u but after that when u r habitual of that then u will enjoy ... trust me. when i wake up in morning then i always take a strong cup of coffee.. it is very helpful otherwise if doing night shifts then m always drinking energy drinks like redbul.. these drinks r not much good for health but i will recommend u for coffee... just 2 or 3 days will be hard for u.. these r very good tips given in video but m habitual of waking up... for me its not hard. u just follow these tips bro.

For any ENGLISH VIEWERS watching this, here are the 3 tips for you:-
1. Keep your alarm clock/ phone away from you. If possible, keep it at a height so that you have to jump for it.
We usually snooze the alarm if it is near us.
Some people might use a pillow to cover their and wait till the alarm goes off so here's tip no. 2 for you
2. Drink a lot of water before going to bed so that when you wake up to your alarm you have to run to a bathroom to pee. You will get alert in this act and then it will be YOUR CONCIOUS CHOICE to go back to bed.
3. DO NOT GO BACK TO BED AFTER PEEING, also, no Matter what time you go to bed, wake up when the alarm goes.
Try these for a month or so until your brain gets programmed.
