I'm watching this at 4: 10am and I selpt at 10:30 pm.The first thing I do when I wake up is to pray god and meditate.This increases the concentration power and improves your focus in studies.Its been 15 months I'm following this and it helped acomplish my goal in my daily life routines.
I've studied in the brahmamuhrat during my boards, both 10th and 12th and also during my degree exams. It helped me a lot, like A LOT. I'd want everyone to quit studying late at night no matter how comfortable you are staying awake and studying, you'll always feel better to wake up and study. It's difficult initially but you'll get used to it.
Today i woke up at 4:30 am n till now I am feeling positive. It is helping me to focus while study. If u want to wake up early you have to sleep early that's the key point.
i have set mY clock from 3:00 AM to 8:30PM. IT'S BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH TODAY. AND NOW IT'S MY HABBIT. what i found after following this routine is that i am about 40% more efficient in morning than any other time of the day. I utilize this time studying PHYSICS. I THINK EVERYONE SHOULD TRY THISSS.

Me too🙌 when I try to woke up early I will get up without alarm but I will say ok crtly 5mins then I will come out off my bed but that 5mins will be 2 to 3hrs
This habit made me score 97% marks in my board exam. Truly, try it yourself, but now watching this video in lockdown at 3:00 am. Feeling shame on my part but if you have exams or any shit try this technique it will make you enlighten throughout the day😇👍
my shift starts at 4am. I work next to an astounding view of nature, the sea and beautiful trees make up the view. I often stand for a few moments to look at the sea and the sky between the hours of 430am and 630am. I cannot convey the beauty of those moments in words but I feel a deep connection and sense of oneness with the universe. My colleagues always ask how I have so much energy so early in the day. I always say It is because I'm present in these glorious moments.
I sleep at night writing tomorrow's goals and wake up at morning excited, before my alarm rings. When you have the vision of what your goal actually is, you wake up excited about life for the next day.

I have tried this out and i claim it to be absolutely true, the 2 hours of study in the morning is equivalent to 8 hours during the rest of the day if you have woken up fresh. For that i had to strive a lot to sleep at one time to set the body clock. But now again due to assignments and exams, it has been broken and i am unable to take the benefit. I am By Far the most creative in my writing when I wake early before sunrise and I focus my mind. This is no bullsh_t. I have also witnessed 3 sons, who had horrible “late night” routines as teens, who all went into the military and now they have conditioned themselves to early rise. It is very common to receive a very early text message from one of them that preempts the day by simply saying “Good morning gentlemen!” I have recently decided to wake up 1/2 hour earlier and I instantly jump on my spin bike and throw on a RUclips biking video and I spin for 30 min. I have found that routine to be beautiful for my mental alertness as I head into work. Everyone else shows up groggy and can’t speak. I’m READY! Excellent video and excellent advice proven to me personally by several moments in my life where these morning rituals paid big dividends! I completely agree with this author that one must set a bed time and stick to it. It is the anchor behavior you need. That’s when you shut it all down and the routine begins with sleep.

Trick you mind by telling to yourself that you ll enjoy the meal when you wake up. If you are a food lover this will boost you to up to wake up. same problem, i will suggest you to do yoga nindra before sleep it will just take you max. 10-15 minutes
