Thank u so much 🙌🏽
Great video, detailed and clear explanations for beginner like me, thank you very much
Thank you for this video. I've being struggling with bambino plus for a while. I love your tips. Thanks!
Hi man, nice video! I have the same setup and very similar routine. What I changed recently is to grind directly into porta filter with dosing funnel. Saves a step to move the beans from container. Currently I am not preheating the porta filter, just the machine but I will start doing this, thanks for the tip. For nicer video shots I would recommend getting bottomless portafilter, I have the 54mm from normcore.
"Fill in water"
Me "Write that down. Write that down!"
Fantastic video. Just got my Breville and this is very helpful. May want to consider lowering the volume of the background music.
@@jhawk3910 thank you for the feedback. Will do next time.

The extraction flow It's the other way around finer take more time to extract.
I think you should be timing your shot when you hear the pump actually starting and not when you push the button. There is a delay of a few seconds on this model between the button pushing and the pump actually starting for preinfusion. Your first shot was probably closer to 34 seconds as a result. Food for thought.
@@fonzoo Thank you for the tip. I'll make an experiment soon for this topic 👍
What brand of dosing ring are you using? Thank you for the great beginning and advanced technique videos!
Normcore for 54mm portafilter
Im curious if you always have a wet coffee puck after pulling a shot? Mine does the same thing and dont know how to prevent it.
@@fiddlinfoo99 it's not important as long you dial-in correctly and easy to remove the coffee puck from portafilter. Another workaround is to use a puck screen.
Hi i have a Kingrinder K6 and it says in the manual not to clean the internals with water and just use a blower and brush for cleaning, if i do RDT with the K6 will the moist damage my grinder?
@@romelm3320 I have a Timemore hand grinder for pour-over coffee for almost 2 years now, using RDT, no issue. One or two mist of water is enough, not too much is fine. RDT is acceptable solution in the coffee community if your grinder has static issue.
@@HomeBaristaCorner thank you!!!
Thanks.
That knocking sound during steaming would annoy me. How bad is it?
@@johnhoyle4401 This espresso machine doesn't have a boiler like other typical machine. It's the Thermojet you're hearing, there's a pump sound. Water is heated instantly. It's normal for this model.
@@HomeBaristaCorner Thanks.
The ascaso Baby T has similar tech, but without the thumping, but a significantly higher price. I assume at the Bambino price point Breville can’t be bothered doing whatever it takes to stop it.
