Modern Warfare Remastered is an example of a remaster done right, except the paid for DLC. The game has some pretty cool Easter eggs and secrets, so here are 20 of my favourites!

The Gnome on the tower is probably a reference to the gnome in Half-Life 2: Episode 1 which came out a year before Modern Warfare back in the day. Left For Dead would also include a gnome-related easter egg of sorts where you if one of the team managed to carry the gnome all the way to the end of the level, you'd get an achievement for rescuing it.
At the start of the mission blackout price help you up but when the helicopter blocmws up u hear him crap himself

There is another teddy when Jackson dies and you walk out of the heli and look at the solider trying to crawl by the car
If you turn on the melonheads cheat in "All Ghillied Up" Captain MacMillan's head will also turn in to a melon and his name to "Captain MacMellon"
I realized this when I played with the melon cheat and I like it the most. Made me laugh my ass off and it's also hilarious to see McMillan with a melon head!
Also the targets in the FNG course will have their heads turned into melons too

You already missed one Easter Egg, right at the beginning.
In the first mission, if you miss the jump or die right before getting into the helicopter the death quote will say "They never make the first jump," which is a reference to a scene from The Matrix where Morpheus is teaching Neo about the Matrix.
ThatNotSoAznKid, also in Modern warfare 2 remastered, in the first mission with soap in the icy place, there’s a jump you need to make, if you miss it it also says, “they never make the first jump”

Me too. I would really love in MW2 remaster how could the campaign go on this "Time Paradox". It's impossible but still they are remastering it so a chance do exist.

There's one more reference, which I am surprised not many picked up on:
In the mission where you have to chase down Zakhaev's son, the part where you are in the tower with Griggs, the guy that comes up to talk to the convoy truck driver is named Dmitri Petrenko (CoD: WaW Russian protagonist)
I think his name is random. I actually saw an ally called Dmitri Petrenko once in the game, but he was one of the random ally soldiers during the first mission where you meet Kamarov
But the real Dimitri Petrenko died in 1945 (Black Ops 1)
It’s because he was actually in the original.

Dimitri Petrenko died in a Nova 6 gas chamber while on a mission just after the end of WW2 in 1945-1946.
There’s actually one more Easter egg on killhouse on top of the warehouse itself, there’s a missile sitting straight up.
On top of the Killhouse map there is a Captain Price doll
Winter Crash wasn't actually a new Map....
Also, on Winter Crash, during an Airstrike, you will hear ''Ho Ho Ho''. The Helicopter is full of lights on the outside.
And the air air strike is santa claus with his deers
Winter Crash is a new map, it isn’t in the original.

You actually missed one that I thought was pretty cool. In the campaign mission (Charlie Don't Surf) there used to be a out of map glitch, where you would run and jump onto the edge of a rooftop to get out of the map. If you went to try this with the remastered version though, they put an invisible barrier that pushes you off the edge and a wet floor sign.
The photo at the end of the campaign can also be found in the create-a-class firing range behind a fence in the armoury. The clipboard in Killhouse is the cargo manifest that you retrieve in Crew Expendable (Wetwork is the name of the map).
On winter crash, the airstrike is a sleigh and “ho ho ho” and bells can often be heard. The attack chopper is also covered in Christmas lights
We need the firing range in Modern Warfare 2019.
Speaking of the teddy bears, on MW2 that one map (forgot the name; sorry) but if you get on the roof of it you will find like one hundred teddy bears (maybe not be 100)

(Pay attention to the building where the helicopter is at)
When you’re playing the mission “warpig” you can see Arabic writings on the walls. They actually spell to “كال آف ديوتي" they actually say call of duty
You can also see more of these saying “اينفينيتي وارد" that says infinity ward or "اكتيويزن" which says activision...

5:20 I think it's a reference to Bad Lad's Army, because in one episode they prank the Sergeant by stealing his gnome and demanding things as if it was a hostage situation.
When the Bathroom soap Easter egg popped up, I thought it was gonna be a reference to the character

And from the fallout series
On beach bog multiplayer, if you look up in the sky (I used a sniper) you can see a plane flying with a banner on the back and on the banner says the words "15 000 people used to live here now it's a ghost town" that's of course the line Macmillan said when going through the abandoned public pool (I forget the mission name).

In the mission where you have to put the codes in to de-activate the launched missiles, I think you can find a supercomputer very similar to the WOPR in WarGames movie.
my personal favorite change on winter crash is that the air strikes are carried out by santa.
in the mission Wet Works cpt price also says "Stay Frosty" which could also be a reference to aliens

The melon head cheat changes captain Macmillan’s name to captain macmelon during the Chernobyl missions.
How can you miss out Capt. McMellon
On the mission shock and awe when you are crawling out of the heli there is a teddy by a car on its side
The teddy bears are a tribute to one of the IW Dev's who died during development and since his daughter loved teddies, they add it to every game they make
You've missed where when you turn on melon heads in the mission with Captain Macmillan his name turns into Captain Macmelon
Also during One Shot One Kill if you shoot Yuri it sends the “friendly fire will not be tolerated” message showing Yuri will become a friend
There is a weird Price Doll Shadows on the top corner in the S.A.S spawn you can somehow glitch out of map map and see the entire doll , also there is the russian words on the top left of the Spetnaz spawn.
That slow motion mode: is this _Call of Duty_ or _First Encounter Assault Recon_ ? Speaking of, have you or can you cover the Easter eggs of _FEAR_ trilogy?
When replaying Modern Warfare Remastered i got hit with familiarity in some mission. I was able to recognize them as multiplayer map of 2019 Modern Warfare. It was cool to see
Some kind of secret. turning on melon heads cheat while playing All Ghillied Up, when you look at MacMillan you might notice that his name has changed from MacMillan to MacMellon

You missed an Easter egg that when you have Melon Heads on CPT. Macmillan on the mission "All ghillied up" Macmillan will become Macmellon
I’m not sure if it’s in the remastered version, but on the killhouse map, if you go in to spectator mode and fly to the edge of the map there is a picture of two rhinos semi off and under the map

The teddy bears are from the zombies storyline and they are samantha's teddy bears and samantha is the person who is controlling all of the zombies on bo1 but anytime past that it was not her, the teddy bear is what samantha is always seen carrying in the zombies storyline
That’s not true because there were bears in MW and MW2 even before WaW and black ops came out it has to be about the daughter or Cods calling card

You missed another Easter egg on the reskinned Christmas map where the airstrike planes are replaced with santa in his sleigh
I have a theory as to why there' are teddys.

In the Winter Crash map, calling in an airstrike reskins it to Santa's sleigh, and you can even hear a "Ho ho ho!"

For the Teddy Bears, one of the map designers kids died of cancer, so he added them to maps. So yes, you were correct about that theory.

Teddy Bear is a thing in Treyarch Zombies. It is something that you can get from Mystery Box and when you get it the box disappears and change it's locations.
If you accidentally shoot yuri while trying to get time paradox Easter egg it says friendly fire will not be tolerated

If you go on Beach Bog there are multiple signs referencing a new map that will be released this summer. I think it is a hotel, but it says "Coming summer 2019" on it, so there might be new map this summer.

The gnome in KillHouse is a reference to the map WarHawk from Ghosts - there are gnomes scattered around it.

You missed one, on the beach bog map, there is a plane that flies overhead with a banner that references the intro to CoD4.
The teddy bear in the campaign is a reference to a daughter of someone and was referenced again in World at War and was continued to be referenced in the rest of CoD Zombies, her name is shown in Zombies as Samantha if i remember correctly. And the Dog/Hound in Zombies is also a reference to Samanthas dog
1 more bear on block sitting in a chair, also check out the showdown teddy. He is sitting above some barrels in a window. Creepy ass room

I think there is multiple valve references here the first being the gnome from left 4 dead 2 and then the whole lemon grenade thing seems to be a reference to portal 2 with cave Johnson mentioning the combustible lemon.
In the war room mission once you breach the wall there is a room in the back with a machine referencing wopr from war games

the bears could be a refrence to all the CODs that have zombies in the game with COD 4 being one of the few games that dont have it
I haven't played Modern Warfare Remastered but the Gnome may be a reference to the achievement in Half Life 2 Episode 2, where you have to put a bear in a rocket.
