    A very interesting exercise. It appears slow and gentle but after doing it for a short while I definitely felt significant strain in my legs. I have a below knee amp and balance can be a challenge for me. I will definitely pursue Tai Chi as a mean to improve balance and overall coordination.

      Sitting qigong and concentrated breathing while sitting are often done before beginning the form work. You're good!
