But the Azrieli Spiral Tower is actually 336m, so it should have been number 14. And there are 2 additional towers in the Tel Aviv area under construction that should have been on the list - the 308m Beyond Tower and 297m Toha 2 Tower

The pin to the Azrieli Spiral Tower (minute 2:27) is completeley off. It points to Dubai, not to Israel.
Also the pin to the JPMorgan Chase building (minute 11:02) points to California instead of New York.
There are several trespassing climbs of Merdeka tower already

While i'm watching those skyscrapers that have been design in the pre-Covid Era with offices, mostly, i can't stop to think about the phenomena of increasing rate of working from home that we observe at the moment.
I imagine the engineers are building those structure with the possibility of converting offices into appartement at lesser cost if work at home become the norm.

I love skyscrapers more than anyone. But I have long wished as we built up we didn't also stretch out--we have spoiled many a gorgeous vista, and exiled many a peace-loving songbird, with our urban sprawl.
Maybe we should take this moment to generously set aside more of the world as pristine wilderness--before it's literally paved over!After thinking and researching on my own, I feel here are two dozen places that are deeply worthy of conserving some remaining sublime and inviolate places, except for the rare, random small farm already there:
* the Amazon, Congolese, Bornean and Papuan rainforests,
* the Alaskan, Yukon and Siberian Boreal,
* the Front Range of the Montana, Wyoming and Colorado Rockies,
* the Quebec Pre-Cambrian Shield,
* the Chilean and Argentine Patagonian and Andean wilderness,
* the Franco-Spanish Pyrenees,
* the Moroccan and Algerian Atlas,
* Selected islands in the North and South Atlantic,
* Atlantic whale and sea turtle breeding & migration corridors,
* the Finno-Russian Karelia,
* the Russo-Azeri Caucasus,
* the Baltic and Carpathian forests,
* the Iranian Zagros,
* the southern shores of the Black Sea,
* selected shoreline of the Caspian,
* the Myanmar/Bengali delta lands,
* the Guinea/Venezuelan Tepui Highlands,
* the Dakota/Nebraska Tall-Grass Prairie,
* the Kansas/Missouri Short-Grass Prairie,
* the Ozark thermal springs endowments,
* the Nevada/Idaho/Oregon Owyhee Great Basin High Desert,
* the Owens Valley and nearby Sierra peaks of California,
* the Arkansas River and Sangre de Cristo Range of Colorado and
* the Indian Western Ghats.
I think it would be easy to set aside about 200 square miles in each of those 24 landscapes, which include a pretty representative cross-section of biome variety. How much healthier it is to consolidate the impact of human civilization so the resources it needs and the waste it generates and all its power, water, communications and transportation grids are more easily and efficiently managed. Our worst damage now is splitting up beautiful untrammeled habitats with our suburbs, mini-malls and loud, aggressive roads. If instead we condense our messes, we can give animals and forests and wetlands the large chunks of land they need to feel safe from us, to eat, play, sleep and, er, make googly eyes, in private, without a Disney Amazon or a Papuan Ikea ruining the dating life and dinner-time of jaguars, tapirs, rhinos and orangutans.

The new chase building is right out the window of my friends new apt (Rose Hill) on E29th st. I saw the cranes from the living room last week. Will be nice at night with the crystal building just off to the right

Another interesting and intriguing video, but those pins are hard to ignore.
One interesting skyscraper missing from this list is Beyond by Tidhar in Giv'atayim, Israel (Tel Aviv area). It will be Israel's first supertall at 308 m, as it is scheduled to complete about a year earlier than Azrieli Spiral Tower. It's also a complex with 2 skyscrapers, the other one being slightly lower.
"The One" is my favourite similar to one cards of Canadian Mohawk schools in design. First supertall structure as well is my bet for Canada as well. Glad "The One" made this list. The name is also similar to the concept on the show "Friends" might add.
Merdeka, Iconic Tower Egypt and Astoria FLORIDA Waldorf Americas also look great. Some of the spiral China ones look interesting too.

If these traditional skyscrapers are like 150-400 meters tall, I cant even imagine the dimensions of 2 150KM long mirrors next to each other and 500meters in the sky, it will look incomprehensibly surreal. Cant wait too see it done and visit it, granted I'll be alive for that long.

There was many Skyscrapers whos base is capable of supporting 450 m high structures but topped out at 300 meters because of Airport authorities also FSI is pretty low as well
