Also.. a very strict diet stops RA; gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, seed oil free (olive oil and coconut oil are ok). Take a high quality mineral complex, vitamin C, D3, turmeric with fresh pepper.
      Avoid nightshades completely.
      Best wishes, Merry Christmas!

I had Dx of Fibromyalgia, ME/CFS and later Rheumatoid arthritis, turned out to be all Lyme disease and possibly at least 2 other tick Bourne infections!! . 20years of misdiagnosis. But healing slowly n no arthritis or intense whole body pains now.
So I hope yours isn't Lyme or other tick bourne infection and you get a Dx soon and that it can be healed quickly. x

Thank you Ms. Brooke for this share. With this, I will share with you. I'm now 79, approaching 80. When I turned 50 I began experiencing similar problems, expressing in lower GI problems, then peri-rectal , and colon related. After 14 years of trying to stabilize the symptoms with local doctors, I went to the Mayo Clinic in Rochester in 2008. Dr. William Faubion was my assigned G.I. doctor. I couldn't even walk from weakness at that time. In three days they identified Crohn's Disease; gave me the first infusion of Remicade and my strength came back almost immediately ! That was 15 years ago; I still get Remicade every 8 weeks (thankfully paid for by by Medicare and a good secondary insurance policy.) I was mowing my own yard until two years ago when my lawnmower died. Yes, I'm still pretty spry for a almost 80 year old lady. I do have many 'food allergies' I have to eliminate - ie. specific pollens, whole wheat products, COW'S MILK, alcohol , mellons, corn, pork, coffee, onions, shellfish and oils, chocolate ( if I had know this 29 years ago, my health might not have suffered so much ) Yes, no popcorn, fried foods; yes, I even have trouble with yeast ( breads ) and whole grains. If your problem is in your gut - sugars of most kinds inflame it ! I'm sharing this with you because you share with us like we are family. If I could save any family member with this information it would be worth it. Find the source of the problem , and get treatment ! You are still so wonderfully young. FIND THE PROBLEM !

I was thinking along that same line it's in the gut. Leaky gut can cause a lot of those symptoms as I have learned in recent months from experiencing pain all over along with nausea and pain in my gut. Turned out to be a bad infection in my gut called colitis. It's a struggle to find foods that don't cause inflammation and pain with all the processed and GMO food full of chemicals.

I was diagnosed with RA and psoriatic arthritis about 2 years ago. I was hurting all the time. I’ve been free of pain by changing my diet. I eliminated foods that caused inflammation like switching to olive oil. I switched to organic flour and I limit my salt intake. I don’t add salt to foods and I buy foods low in salt like beef or chicken broth and no salt vegetables and if I buy anything frozen, well if the sodium is to high, I don’t buy it.
They don’t really tell you that auto immune is related to gut health. Ohh I’m 59 and I don’t hurt anymore

    • @HappiestGirl69

@@pennylane36 As in my case, it’s not always related to that. Mine is genetic and diet changes have never made a difference for me. I eat healthy, only use olive oil, take lots of turmeric and fish oil, but it doesn’t make any difference for me. Only chemotherapy helps.

I also have RA and it took years to diagnose. When I got overly stressed it came to a point where I physically could not walk for weeks and they still could not figure out what was wrong and began diagnosing me with fibromyalgia. I refused to accept that it was only fibro. Years later my finger would not bend, so I went to the Doc and they re-ran the RA blood test and I finally tested positive. Unfortunately, I had a very aggressive form which required Methotrexate, which ended up damaging my kidneys. Methotrexate did little to stop RA symptoms and inflammation was out of control. Finally, I was able to begin a combo of humira and injectable methotrexate to begin to get some relief, however the methotrexate was making me sicker in other ways. I now am on embrel and Hydroxychloroquine and have little to no life and am always tired. Moral of the story is ...... there is someone out there that understands your struggles and prays that tomorrow will be a better day than today was for you because living this life, that is all you can hope for.

I'm 71 and it was just now that I was diagnosed with Rumtoid arthritis. Because they always blamed it on my age and weight with my back and hip pain. When my blood work came back, and surprise guess what then I went to have an MRI and guess what I have Rumtoid arithrtsis. As the same as you they gave me a steroids. The only thing that it did was soaring up my blood sugar. 🥹so since that didn't work I was givin a low dose with a med. You just have to learn how to live with it. And that's not easy thing to do. So my advice is take your time doing things take more rest and keep on doing you feel comfortable with.

Brooke, I’m so sorry. I’ve had autoimmune disease for most of my adult life. It’s awful. It’s frustrating.
I know everyone has their two cents and wants to help, but I will just tell you what has made a world of difference to me. Eating keto or carnivore reduces my inflammation from a 95 to about a 5-10. And that for me is life altering. Praying for you.

Praying you find out what is wrong and it can be taken care of soon. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in April. Had 4 chemo sessions thru the summer, then surgery at the end of September. I’ve just finished 20 days of radiation. You and Jason and your channel were a God send to me these past 9 months. I will pray for you and hope you feel better soon. It’s no fun to be sick with anything and not be able to do the things you love. Hang in there Brooke, you are a strong woman and I know you can beat this. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

As a thought, I live in rural Georgia. Our local high school has a series of classes where young people learn about how to take care of a farm and animals. Local farmers use their services in exchange for them learning. Maybe Jason could get some good strong young folks to help pull fences and stuff. You can supervise or teach about freeze drying. Maybe local 4H too. Lots of people would love to help until you feel stronger.

I was diagnosed with RA in 2019. And of course though my doctor wanted to start me on a biologic, the insurance company wanted me to try pills that didn't work. It was a whole year before the insurance would okay a treatment that actually worked. But I found that worked best to control my RA inflammation was to avoid all processed foods, all sugar, and just stick with fresh berries, low suger veggies and meat. 🤔💖😉
Praying that your doctor can figure this out and help you feel better. 🙏💖🙏

Oh Brooke! I’m sorry to hear you’re having this issue. I’m going to offer some advice. I’m someone who has an autoimmune disease, and I know Very well what that all-over body pain is like, as well as the fatigue. The ONLY thing that helps me feel well - is avoiding all sugar, pasta, bread, and starch. I’m dead serious. These are the things we ingest that Greatly increases inflammation in our bodies within minutes of eating it. Watch out for hidden sugars in foods we don’t think would have sugar, too. It might help to join a group for cutting out sugars, or watch videos about low-carb benefits. Best wishes to you, Brooke. I hope you feel well soon!

Have you explored with your doctor that you were so sick this summer, after your holiday? If I remember correctly, you were down for a week, pretty much bedridden. I agree with this ! Parasites and fungus are often called cancer, but the whole world has caught on to that scam. Ivermectin and fenbendazole are curing "cancers" every day, without all of the harm caused by chemo and radiation. You know when people ridicule "horse paste" they are either foolish and ignorant, or FOR the globalists' depopulation agenda. All farmers used to deworm their families when they dewormed their animals, and many still do, the wise ones do. ❤

Brooke I've been dealing with an autoimmune disorder for the last 30 years. I've tried many medications and other things. The only things that have helped me is changing my diet. Look at the carnivor diet. My inflammation when down drastically. Yin yoga helps. Also, I look at this as my way of life. Live in your life right now, don't feel guilty about it because that will cause another stress. Stress causes inflammation and pain. Jason understands and wants the best for you.
