Good work man, funny how our life interests change over time! I notched you mentioned you had a bit of tendonitis on the right arm. I used to do almost daily weighted dips and pullups, during my 6th year of consistent training. I didn't listen to my body with my tendonitis, and the tear in my forearm became chronic, even with months off training I couldn't get it right, after two years of unsuccessfully trying to get it better, whilst not training (going from muscular to fat), I bit the bullet and went in for surgery, it took a year of rehab after that point before I could get back to proper lifting, and I had to start out very light and make sure not to push my limits like I could confidently do before. In hindsight I would have told myself to take a break immediately when the tendonitis started, get it better and then resume lifting. I realise everyone is different, but I'd much rather take a month of than a couple of years.
@@AudiobookMate-u2l yea I’m definitely going to have to be careful with it. I try stretching & strengthening it with light dumbell work etc, but after hearing that I’m gonna be cautious with it. If it worsens I’ll definitely be easing off a bit
240 burpess geezus christ wtf ?!??! Good work man
@@salty3069 haha nice 1 mate
does a burbee also include a jump up into the air when your going up? try it out, its a bit more difficult
Excellent. Keep going with the burpees. It’s very easy to progress if you stay consistent. Last summer I got up to doing 460 in one hour 💪
@@panosa7789 460 in an hour is a great effort , that sounds tough !

Nice. Thanks for video. Will try it. I am tall and fat, give it a go any way
Nice 1 mate , start off slow & build up steady over a few weeks & you’ll definitely progress
might be a grip issue - happens a lot with pullups, deadlift just works in the opposite direction.
@@GlueTubber yea definitely mate I can’t do pull-ups at all due to the same issue !
That's a lot of burpees, my fat ass wouldn't do 20 right now haha.
@@JBSpookyReview haha 😂…. I’m sure you could mate 👍
