There are so many amazing games for PS2 that there are bound to be some clunkers! This, my friends, is an absolute dumpster fire! Thank you for being so brave and playing this game!
i didn't know there was a ps1 port. i never really thought of this as a good game, but I can remember having fun with it playing with my brother and some of his friends.
@@PS2orDie From what I know it plays very differently, it's actually closer to a wrestling game. Very much it's own thing instead of being a conversion of this PS2 game
So just taking a guess, I'd assume quality movesets took a hit when they had to make the game work on two different console generations, so like was the ps2 models dumbed down to run on ps1 or was a entirely different model set made for last-gen graphics? i dunno im just kind of assuming this game didnt get the time and budget to be a through-fighter.
It sounds like the PS1 version works more like a wrestling game! I’m not sure what order they did things, but it’s most likely the difference in fighting style that made it even worse than just downgrading the ps2 version. Almost seems like two different teams under the same name did them individually…

It's insane how many PS2 developers seemed to lack any and all knowledge on game development. Could this be the worst game yet? Horsez was weirder but at least tried to do something (but failed miserably 🤣)
I’d say Horsez was worse only cause it was so much longer! But yeah, everyone wanted a slice of the obviously growing and lucrative video game pie that was the ps2…at least there were some cool ass games!
I remember getting interested in the show and watching all the episodes I could on such dodgy websites just cause of how much dumb fun it was at the time. I also remember my immense disappointment hearing this game existed but it was 1. On a console I'd never own. 2. Completely sucked lol

I would argue that the PS1 game is not the worst game or fighting game by far. Somehow, this looks worse.
