    🔑Line of Resistance is Out-to-In
    🔑Set up with pulley slightly in front and facing 90° from pulley.
    🔑Rotate into each Rep at bottom
    🔑Finish each Rep with elbow at ribcage (not behind torso).
    🔑Experiment with different heights of pulley to get best part activation + no shoulder joint stress (re:impingement) ‘for you’.
