Your advent sweater looks great. Thank you for sharing all of those patterns. I switch back and forth between the video and Ravelry marking patterns I want to look at.
Oh, that Electric Pink is amazing! Not just the color, but the texture as well. Can't wait to see the finished sweater. Would you consider the Friend to Friend to be a shrug? I think you're doing the right thing in focusing on one project at a time. As you know, I've been thinking of doing the same thing. Three WIPs is really what I'm comfortable with as well. (Don't ask me how I've got 6 going right now....)
grandkids here so midnight viewing😂organizing stash sounds like fun. Great your husband is helping out! i have never made a ranunculus yet, i can't knit loose.
He has been great with helping out 🙂. I have been struggling with knitting at such a loose gauge on it. The needles feel so big, I'm just not used to it. I'm going to save it till after I'm done with my advent cardigan - I think it'll be easier to work on without swapping between little and big needles 😅
Just think, soon your daughter rill be able to go into your closet and "borrow" your sweaters, so you will be able to knit all of the oretty pink sweaters for yourself that you want, without feeling guilty. I think the "Friend to Friend is a Shrug. A friend of mine thinks they are ridiculous, but I think they are a great idea.
I can't wait till we can share sweaters, that'll solve a lot of knitting time issues 🤣. I can see how shrugs might not work for everyone, but I am really interested in keeping my arms warm but is still easy to take on and off. I am so fickle with temperatures, that I take cardigans or sweaters on and off throughout the day a billion times 😅.
Oh my, your baseline cardigan ! 😍🤩 All those colours.. ! Fabulous ! I've seen that Cat sweater pop up as well, of course ( being a fellow catlover ), it's lovely, what a sweet gift. And that CAL makes me wish I had better crochet skills ( and more time 😁 ). Will you give it a try ? Since you've already got quite some experience crocheting. Even if you're not intermediate-skilled; I'm sure you will be after finishing such a project😄
I've been so happy with the baseline cardigan 🙂. The cat sweater gift made my heart happy, it's such a pretty one and was really kind and thoughtful of Karen. I am going to pass on the CAL, but only because I've got a test knit that I need to focus on after the baseline. That and I'm going to make a hat for a friend.. and my daughter has asked for a new plushie 😂. I definitely want to try a mosaic crochet blanket this year though, even if it's just a small throw sized 🙂
My daughter is 20 and doesn't want anything I knit, so maybe you should be happy yours still does. Or maybe not. I can knit all for myself and not have to feel guilty at all. 🤣🤣
I love this! 😂 I am going to remember to be happy that my daughter still likes knitting. My son, on the other hand, is getting older and is not as in love with it 😅
Thank you for all the sweater inspiration, and I love the pink color of your ranunculus, very beautiful
Thank you so much, I appreciate your kind words. I love the electric pink color 🙂
I like the idea of using up fingering weight yarns and the sundial wrap.
I love this idea as well 🙂
You pick the BEST sweaters! I have added so many to my Ravelry queue and wish list because of you! 😅💕💕💕
It's so much fun to find new sweaters to knit! 😂

Thank you! I've been enjoying the advent sweater. I am really happy with how it's turning out 🙂

The Sundial Wrap is very tempting 😀 Congrats Sarah.
It is. Mosaic knitting makes it so nice! 🙂

Hi Mandy. I have started the life savers sweater and have a few color strips done. I'll do my best to remember to snap a photo and send it to you.
That's awesome! The Life Savers sweater is going to be so fun! 🙂 I really do like the color stripes on that one
Great knits as usual and well done for sorting the yarn storage. It’s on my to do list! Xx
It was on mine for a very (very) long time before I got to it 😅 But it felt good to get it done 🙂
So excited for the gnome bag!!! Thank you so much!!
Congratulations! I hope that you enjoy it 🙂

@mandyvaughnknits me too. And it only gets worse once the personal Tropical moments start happening. Lol.
I LOVE that color on the sweater you are wearing!
Thank you so much! 🙂
I just bought the Sundail Wrap! Can't wait to get started on it. I'll make it wider so it is more of a blanket shawl.
Oh, that sounds beautiful! It's a great idea and I love the fact it's mosaic. That is going to make it such a fun and relaxing knit 🙂
Happy New Year! Wishing you all the best, Juliane.
Thank you so much! Hope you have a wonderful New Year as well! 🙂
Happy new year and all the best for 2025 for you and your family and this lovely channel x 💚🐬✨
Happy New Year, I wish you and your family the best as well! 🙂
I'd call the "Friend to Friend" a caplet. I adore caplets and suggest "Indigo Frost" by Isabel Kraemer.
Oh, I love Indigo Frost! That one is beautiful. I like the term caplet, I think it suits it well 🙂

@@mandyvaughnknits Do you think you'll still have time to sleep this year ? 😅
I have just bought the catknit pullover 😂 it has 42% off through January 😊
That's awesome, maybe we can both knit it in the coming months! Thank you for sharing the sale 🙂
@@mandyvaughnknits I would love that, 2025 will be my year to conquer colour work 😆
