Totally agree. 1/2 belt and A-2s are the best in leather styling at least in my opinion as well. I also think the suede collegiate jackets from the late 40s into the 50s are a must have. Just found your videos. Great job!

Thank you! Congratulations on getting an Aero! I’m 5’10” and about 155. My 46 was when I was about 180. Make sure you send them your measurements and they should be able to get you the perfect size.
@@derekdoeschannel when is pitina too much? I found a nice jacket with extreme patina, some cracks in the upper back/shoulder/neck area (they look super cool), and pinholes, I like the aesthetic a lot but I don't know what is too much and when to walk away. It is cheap also :) thank you!

Elastic sides were used around the time of ww2 to conserve metal.

Depending on its age it’s fine . Most vintage jackets are good.
