When I was stationed in Germany. You weren't allowed to explore German bunker's. It seems the German police force would show up. And say that this is restricted

You tube pick and choose what to censor depending on the subject and the political leanings of the clip. They are totally biased against anything with a hint of right wing. Even from the distant past. This is how history is controlled and truth is hidden.
Well that is absolutely crazy, especially as there are loads of videos featuring artillery firing! Someone must have complained about it, sad very sad.

YT’s hate for history is real and uncalled for. Really anything to do with guns and knives these days. But their algorithms will push out content for video games using automatic weapons and killing each other. That’s fine but God forbid you dare show scenes of actual footage of real life events. I am an American with direct though distant German ancestry on my fathers side. My 6th or 7th great-grandfather came to America in 1767 from the Lembach, Frey-Grafenau, Beyern area of Germany. To be precise, his name was Joseph Schlosser and he was married in Lemback on June 5th, 1763. One of his son's later changed his family name to Slusser and that is my family name. I must admit to feeling a great deal of gratitude to Joseph and his wife Anna Marie Herdt for bringing the family to this country, sparing his descendants having to endure the suffering of the wars that enveloped Europe in the next 180 years. It also has given me a feeling of kinship with the German people and I am somewhat of a amateur German history student. This is the first of your video's that I have seen but I am subscribing to your channel just to gain another perspective on the German side of WWII. Thank you.

13:55 They look like a form of wattle and daub -- a technique used since antiquity to mix soil and hay to form walls. But, by using concrete instead of soil they were able to replace the hay with rived wood splits; most likely from trees they cleared in the area. That's only a slightly educated guess, though.

I used to have to assist a 96yo B17 pilot...No disrespect at all but he used to say "Ooo my oo my you get hit with 30 mill that's devastating" I had to catch myself from not laughing how he said it and his grandparents are straight from Hamburg..
His daughter/ guardian would tell me not to take him to his old home but when he asked me I couldn't tell him no and would sneak him there we're he just wanted to be alone and not in his daughter BIG house with his wife and family he loved them but wanted to be alone for some reason

Another video we'll made and highly detailed, you guys are awesome. I do apologize for the loss of contact, had a little heart trouble, my 3d heart attack, im fine now, 5 weeks in the hospital, man look I was out for a week didn't even know where I was. My oxygen level tanked! I'm home, the stuff I gotta use at night, breathing treatments, more meds, etc...., gave up smoking too, almost 6 wks no smoking and I smoked Camel non filters, the money I spent on those things, stupidity blowing money. My little dog didn't eat much til he saw me in the surveillance cameras, Chuck peed all over the floor, the tails wagging barking going on. They're little chiweenies, 4 of em sleeping on me now. I can't do a lot like I used to but I'm alive.
MY friend , that is not good to hear and we pray for you. You will recover for sure and remember ; NEVER SURRENDER !. Keep smiling and we pray for you my friend :)

The money I blew away on cigarettes, was I ever a big dummy, im doing much better, going by the book, keeping all doctors appointments, following my orders to the letter. Keep up the great work EE, can't wait til you get your own show, you'll make a fine history professor/ instructor.
My family in Germany had names like you are saying willheilm and hienriech they were von willheilm einam ,still tracing family trees ,but I have been told they had a coat of arms in a church and would have been influential way before world war two ,some of them migrated to Australia after the 1850 s much history would have been lost as the world war two took place ,i am a living descendant of Willhiem einam ,one of our family remained there and was a orchestra conductor etc before world war two broke out sorry for the long message but the name willheilm binging talked about triggered a memory of our German lineage.

Be careful touching any insulation in these old structures - they used a lot of asbestos back in the day and that's definitely something you don't want to come into contact with.

I love WW2 history and I get it ur showing the history of he German side and its about the history which is great. I just like to point out it was the events on what makes the germans and what they built and did look bad especially hitler feeding them amphetamines to keep them going for days and the brutal stuff they did was sad. But its cool to see some of the stuff tho.
