From seller & buyers perspective, you have not discussed about under construction GST part ? How GST amount is adjusted in the final aggreement ? Please clarify 🙏

Usually this is included in the the total cost of sell, seller pays it.

Is transfer charge leagal? like as per govt laws? as its our flat why should we pay builder regardless of his intent
