    Small query if you can answer - How new buyer will deduct TDS rom seller or builder ?

      Usually this is included in the the total cost of sell, seller pays it.

    Hi Sir,
    I had taken a flat in affordable housing in nov 2017. As per BBA my possession date was Aug 2021 but builders has delayed possession which was delivered in May 2023.
    I want to resale my flat so advice me what type of tax will be applicable on me.

    Is transfer charge leagal? like as per govt laws? as its our flat why should we pay builder regardless of his intent

    How GST amount is adjusted in the final aggreement ?

    I am going to buy a resale flat, I will be the first buyer
    He just got the handover of the flat then I am buying it
    Seller has done the full payment (no loan)
    I will go for a loan
    My question is do I go for lawyer to check the papers separately n all or bank will do all the verification n paper checks ???
