- In this video, I have shared process of reselling an under construction property and important costs to consider while setting the resale price of an under construction property. Given the boom in real estate market a lot of people are entering Indian real estate market as real estate investors but very few first time real estate investors are aware about the complete process of selling an under construction flat, moreover a lot property seller are confused about what is the actual amount that a seller will get in hand. In addition to this, property investors fail to account the additional expenses that they have incurred in purchasing and selling the flat. Hi Sir,
I had taken a flat in affordable housing in nov 2017. As per BBA my possession date was Aug 2021 but builders has delayed possession which was delivered in May 2023.
I want to resale my flat so advice me what type of tax will be applicable on me.
