Fresh FM good to see a fellow south Aussie on here lol . Personally I recommend going higher on up on the MHZ like 103.5 or something because most people have theirs tuned in to a lower one and can cause interference with another one if you're at the lights
Make sure the frequency in your car's radio is static. No channels on it. Then match the transmitter frequency with the car radio's. You won't hear the static noise anymore. Then connect to your phone and enjoy.

Your frequency is a bit lower or higher than the transmitter. For example, if you have 87.5, you'll probably have 87.4 or 87.6 on your radio. Ensure both values match. If you still hear noise in both on the same values, try changing to a different value in both.
My fm transmitter makes an intermittent noise every 30seconds or so.. the music plays but gets interupted and goes beep beep around 3/4 times and then goes back to playing the music... any fixes for this i have a honda civic 03 plate any help would be appreciated thanks
Interesting. If the FM Transmitter light is on but there is no BT in the Bluetooth scan results, I think your transmitter is broken. Have you tried a different transmitter or phone?
Why can't you change the frequency in your transmitter? Does it have only two buttons? If yes, then hold the call button for a few seconds and then use those two buttons to change the frequency.
I have been using it for 2 years straight with no problem on 87,5 and then a week ago this frequency has disappeared and i cant find it anymore on my radio, does anyone know how i could fix this?
my car is annoying and the cover is connected to the actual plug and the transmitter isnt long enough for me to plug it in XD. imma break the cover off
I use earbuds all the time. When I get in the car, my fm transmitter connects automatically. My phone shows TWO bluetooth devices are connected. What can I do, so the fm transmitter does NOT connect automatically? SOMEONE, please help!

88 works fine for me in SA, but my friends have 89, and 103 something.
Probably just a regional problem - after all, doesn't your toilet flush backwards?

It should work the same way. Just insert the USB and tranmisster will detect and start playing.

Match the radio channel in both. If you have 88 in the car, put the transmitting on 88. Then connect your phone to the transmitter and enjoy.

Do you see BT Car or something similar in the Bluetooth scan area? If there's nothing there, the transmitter might be broken.

I don't there is a way. Unlike wifi, we don't get an auto connect option in Bluetooth
