You referred to the Aluratek as a transmitter in your first comments...its a receiver. Just hooked one up to my old sound system in my barn and put an old Android phone in an adjacent room. It works perfectly and I'm 71 years old!
I need to know how to connect receiver to bluetooth speaker/s being speakers do not have screens to choose from, an which port to put RCA connecters or could I use headphone jack on receiver
I’ve followed your advice. It worked. However the effect is different than expected. I was hoping to keep quality of the sound similar to the sound I’m getting while playing cds on my cd player connected to the receiver and then to the speakers. When using Bluetooth adapter, the volume level on my receiver has to be almost all the way up (on the scale 0-72) and the quality of the sound is just ok. When using cd player, brilliant and juicy sound comes out of my speakers when volume level is barely 15. I have tried both wired adapter connected directly to my smartphone and wireless one made by Esinkin. The effect is similar. Volume has to be really high on the receiver to get rather average quality sound. The same smartphone used to stream music via newer, yet lesser quality stereo system, brings better sound than my B&W speakers. Does that mean using new digital technology with old stereo brings only partial results and more realistic approach would be to replace the receiver?😊
@@cezarsellsrealestate1005 I'm in same boat ... Do you know of one that will both Transmit and Receive bluetooth signals - so that I can transmit music Out of old receiver to a BT speaker for instance?
Ok here's a question for you...I have an 80s ghetto blaster with no aux input..only 3.5mm headphone jack. It does not have rca inputs. So you tell me how I can plug a Bluetooth receiver into the ghettoblaster to allow me to stream my music from mobile phone. I presently use a Bluetooth cassette adapter but want something better.
Does it sleep/go into standby and require a button press to use after the night? Does it allow easy device switching (without needing to turn off BT on the first device or unpair the receiver on first device before being able to connect with a second device)?

I cannot seem to get this gadget to "Pair" with my ear buds and wondered if you had any ideas?
Hi, so I don't have spare audio in on my hifi. We already have a tuner, tape cassette and cd hooked up. Is there something like an audio in splitter, so I dont have to unplug any other inputs to plug in a Bluetooth receiver? Thanks
That's what I have been doing. I just bought myself a tiny Bluetooth speaker, removed its native speaker and re-routed the speaker wires to much bigger ones(i.e. speakers). So, I am using my cellphone to play music to my modified sound system. You just have to keep the Bluetooth set on charge, that's all.
I’ve got a question, I bought either this same model or another that looks like it from aluratek and I was wondering, if it is plugged into a tv does it also transmit to the video? Or is it just the audio? And if it transmits video how do I do that because the instructions keep saying “enable your tv” but doesn’t specify. Thank you.
