You failed to show how the device can allow your headset to pair/sync/play through the earphones wireless in bluetooth. Some of us do not have a TV with bluetooth capability choices (ie Samsung 2016 or less), or a 3.5mm audio jack. Some of us don't have phono plugs at the TV's rear. All of this incapability means we have to have a device which can hear the TV's audio (ie. SFDIF/Optical and TV speaker only choices in Setup). Hence, no silent listening.
If your TV has no RCA Audio out or headphone Jack - or indeed is not Bluetooth, you can still make it Bluetooth. Get a Digital to Analog converter (Get one with a volume control or even better a remote) and connect the Optical connection to the Optical Out on your TV and connect the other end to the Digital to Analog converter. On the input side of the converter connect a Bluetooth transmitter to the Aux or Headphone in Jack. Pair the Bluetooth transmitter with your headphones or speakers and you're good to go.

I have several speakers connected to my TV through an amplifier, so I'm trying to connect the Trond to the amplifier so I can listen with my Google Pixel Buds. I was able to pair the two but I cannot receive the sound from my amplifier. I'm not sure which way to plug the Trond into the amplifier, and what setting to use on my amplifier's remote. I've tried the red and white cables as well as the other method provided. I've also set the amplifier to its current setting as well as changing it to Aux, but nothing.

Chole, I realize it's been a year, but I have the same volume problem when I plug a audio hard cable into the back of my old Samsung smart TV and run the line to my chair. It only has one volume output. I put my hardwared head phone (actually earbuds) on, and I cannot change the volume. The volume on the TV goes down to zero, but the audio jack volume stays loud. So I just move the earbuds away from my ear ... sometimes I dangle them over my ears backwards so it is not so lound. So the problem might be that your TV like mine is old with no volume option on the audio output (unless it is buried in the TV menu ... you should look for that option) ... or an easy option is to buy headphones that have a volume knob. What TV do you have? If it is a Black and White TV, I can't help you. Har.
The rc connections, at the back of my cd player it has the red and white holes, so could i plug this into that and then transmit to a bluetooth portable speaker?
That is what the RCA-to-mini jack cable is for. However, I have my CD player connected to my amplifier and the bluetooth transmitter stuck into the headphones-opening of the amplifier. Not sure if the red-and-white RCA cable works directly from the CD player. If your CD player has a direct headphones-opening, I think it should work.

These might exist but probably really costly but I can tell you that the quality is for sure not gonna be great if it’s forcibly trying to receive and give at the same time.

I have bought one of these and cannot connect onto it. I have a red and blue light flashing on the front of the unit and have tried two phones now to connect onto it and it won’t see any of the phones and the phones cannot pick up the Bluetooth. How can I reset the unit and start a fresh?🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
I have a similar device with a different badge, the thing was driving me mad, I could not "see" it with either a Windows laptop or an iPhone 15. It would seem to go into pairing mode but then the LEDs would change status. The thing showed no sign of connecting and forgetting the device identity meant my devices tried to pair with devices in my neighbour's house. Randomly I checked to find an iPad left upstairs was still connected...

I have one of these and it’s good quality but sometimes a pain. Aslong as it’s connected to power and the speakers is always turned on aswell as the adapter then there shouldn’t be a problem. But if you turn off the speaker at any point the adapter will search everywhere for a connection so just keep in mind whatever you watch on tv might play elsewhere, recently I’ve had it connect to my neighbours cameras and started some fuzz.

On the rear of your hifi look for RCA inputs connect them both, left and right. Then select aux on your hifi. Pair the Trond to your phone. Now whatever audio is playing on your phone will output on your hifi. Edit: the headphone socket is output only you can't connect to that. You need to connect to an input. On the back of your hifi the input will either be RCA or 3.5mm jack.
As long as you have a 3.5 jack and audio going out not a mic connection. Most recorders don't have a line out, check to see if you can connect the speakers to the recorder and see if you can playback audio on the speakers first and if this is successful then you should be able to use this device for your needs.
Can you use this in an audio interface? I'm using m-track solo, i'm thinking if i just plug it in directly to the headphone output (3.5mm) from the audio interface and connect my headphones to it. Will it work? Also do similar brands or other transmitter and receiver works the same?
As an amateur producer and semi pro musician, you probably CAN do this, but if you’re looking to connect to an audio interface then I’m assuming you’re trying to use this to use your Bluetooth buds as your monitor headphones? If so there will more than likely be lag…even if it’s just a little, and your mix will come out…well, not how you want lol.

this is a very good review, but when i looking to buy a bluetooth device i need 2 questions answered . is the audio quality good. does it sound good, and 2. does it have latency when watching tv or movies. does it look like an old school karate movie. you see something happens on the screen then you here it 2 seconds later. with music you dont have to worry about latency. thank you nice video.
The device works better from within 10-15 feet before you start to see the lag of audio but I use it for my TV without any latency lost. The device lasts about 2 -3 hours on one charge but I attach a USB to the tv to charge all the time and hasn't been an issue.
I bought this and the delay was really bad while watching a DVD movie on my TV. I was not expecting that. It was as you say, like a karate movie. I had never had that problem using these same headphones connectd to Apple TV via Bluetooth. I'm curious, @Levi what was that upgraded model you bought?
