Do you guys want to see the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross LS Review? I honestly am very conflicted haha!
@@CathodeRayNipplez haha it’s a different car!
@@CarSauce yes, enjoying watching your reviews, and love hearing a good roast
Absofrickenlutely 🤣
Yes please. I own an EC Aspire and love it. I’d like to see your take on the LS
Release that review!!!!
I drove one today - was very impressed. It felt way faster than 10 seconds to 100km/h - felt more like 7.5 seconds. I threw it around a roundabout in a deluge of a rainfall. A little bit of understeer that corrected itself with just backing off the throttle.
All in all it felt solid, well built, smooth and composed.
As the Eclipse Cross PHEV runs an identical engine/hybrid system as the Outlander, the total power output is 157KWS and 330NMS..Not bad figures actually.
I finally found your RUclips channel from tiktok! Thank you for the review. Still looking at buying one
I can’t imagine your energy level after you’ve had coffee 😂 Cool review.
Great review thanks. As petrol in NZ is now over $3 a litre I test drove a VRX Eclipse Cross yesterday, I was incredibly surprised with how good it was. I ordered one today. NZ ev purchases attract a $5750 govt rebate to. Your review helped my decision immensely. Cheers
I also bought one. Should be here in a couple of weeks. I loved the smooth drive
How come Australia doesn't have a rebate for EV's. Really dissapointed.
Yeah mate I want to see the review. Your reviews are funny
What degree of battery degradation over the 8 year warranty period is expected and/or covered by the warranty?
Hi I am considering a Hybrid SUV and interested in your opinion as to what i should be looking at. I do a mix of local travel and highway travel.
How I can make the navigation from my mobile pls Brian from Malta 🇲🇹 🙏
This car makes sense now that the government has introduced no fringe benefit tax for novated leases.
Okay so I just bought one - it is lovely to drive and everyone seems to love the look of it. I’m coming from a top spec Ford Mondeo - to a mid spec Eclipse Cross PHEV - love many aspects of this, missing some features of the Ford, like the great infotainment system and luxury feel.
Are you still happy after 3 months? What’s the fuel economy like? Thanks
What I want is to see a review about RAV4 ,plz plz 😊
I love a fare and Amnesty,(i just have one word for you 👏👏 waoo waoo waoo 👏)😊
In NZ you can get a good rebate on this vehicle
I nearly choked when you said $54K, then again over the $39K for the standard petrol.
How about the GPS ?
Why are you driving on perfect tarmac when talking about suspension?! I can only find ‘around town’ or ‘full Barry Crump’ 4wd/AWD reviews. Won’t someone please show us this car on some gravel and corrugated roads to see if (NZ) rural roads will kill it?
A pretty average review really ... you don't reveal what the L/100km is when running on hybrid for an extended trip (4.4 L/100km around town with a flat battery according to AA NZ), no mention of the 10 year warranty or 8 year battery warranty and no information at all about how well it goes off-road. It is an SUV after all ......
release it!!
Please review more PHEVs so you can do the "phevvvy" again 🤣
RELEASE IT!
Phev technology needs to be properly analyze if you really want to save Gas. Heaps of people out there have a Phev SUV but they use it improper and unsuitable to their surroundings, In short it was use wrongly. For example, many out there owns a Phev but when they travel long distance they shift the Regenerate Braking in to Drive mode or D witch is wrong because it will consume a lot of Gas because the force of regenerate breaking still high and that engine will have more difficulty because the brake is still stuck and it needs more gas, The Proper way of using phev on a highway is shift your steering wheel shifter to B-O and if your going down a hill then that's the time you shift to K1 up to K5 if you need to add a little on your battery. Phev is a very complex technology, If you know how to use it then you get a good result.
You get the nice government discount if novatefd leasing the phev. Makes it much cheaper than leasing any other comparable SUV.
its heavy, and needs more power from its engine....and it uses up the battery too quickly around town ....so as it has 2 electric motors, why didn't mitsubishi have the means to turn one ( ie front one ) off so it just uses one to give it more range around town ..that would be a sensible thing to do. The ford escape phev was a better all round drive to us ...more power for open road travel, for passing and merging.
Matt. Hot garbage garbagio.. ☺️. Seriously, another great review 🤙🏼🌟 (want to hear you say “phevvie” again, next phev review)
Don't hold back. Let's see your Eclipse Cross LS review.
Come on bro!
"Release the Kraken!" 😂😂
RELEASE THE REVIEW !!!!!! Please
We bought this car brand new .. every 15,000km it needs a battery service which costs us $1,000… we weren’t told this cost upfront and so we are pissed off.
Incorrect if you are in Australia. No complete car service for its first 10 years costs $1000.

Oh man that sucks and really awful they were sneaky about not telling you :(. Thanks for sharing, currently considering one of these.
Ask existing users if Mitsubishi will even acknowledge battery Degradation. They wriggle and squirm despite clear evidence and just won't do squat unless threatened with consumer protection measures. I've bought my last ever Mitsubishi.
The elephant in the room is that it's $10K over priced.
Hope you're able to test the MG HS PHEV..189kws of sauce!!
have you seen the review about all the annoying things that the dealer wont tell you about this car ...?
$5750 a good rebate!
I want to see that LS review! Mitsushitti deserve it and more need to see it!
Release !!!!
😳
It DOES NOT have a CVT. Please do not review vehicles you don't understand!
You’ve been very fair to this car, @Matt.
This is my take on this car:
[Mitsu Engineering Mgr] Yes, we have the technorogy!
[Mitsu Sustainability Mgr] This car is so green if you do less than 50kms a day and ignore the environmental costs of disposal!
[Mitsu dealer] How am I supposed to sell any of these fukn things at that price! I’m gonna beg for a sales job at Toyota; their HEVs are selling like hotcakes. I’ve got a huge mortgage to pay off and kids to feed.
RELEASE 💦💦💦
Poor and unprofessional review, your last eclipse cross review was extremely terrible as well. Let's complain about the indicator lever, and piano black.
And just ignore the 10 year warranty, reliability, comfort. Cars are not meant to be driving for so long right!!
