Of all the parks in the US and all the different coaster types, I don’t think their is a more requested coaster than a giga at BGT than any park in the entire country.
If that is a train under the tarp on the brake, it has been there since Friday at least. I believe a pull through was going to be done this week or next week.
Thank you for also including wait times for other attractions. I’m definitely purchasing quick queue. Going on Thursday the 30. Knowing my luck, lines will be wicked long lol.
Early in park works but if you are not within a few hours of bg it is best to buy the quick queue.... but weekdays are still pretty slow still, just last weekend was a holiday.
Hey Dan, I believe some of those markings(at least the blue ones by Kumba and the train tracks) are for some train work. I've seen them working on the track there on 2 separate occasions, as well as by Sheikra.
Thanks for another great update Dan! Love those ride views they were awesome! As well as the cheetahs and of course Pink chickens! 🦩🦩🎢! Phoenix Rising looks pretty awesome! Thanks Dan! 🦩🎢
It's weird they went from every coaster having trenches/tunnels to no coaster since Cobra's Curse having any. Really adds to the experience of a park that's flat. Though, I guess not every ride needs it. Hopefully there's some good near misses. Looks like you'll barely miss the station and skyride. And I guess it does have the 1 trench out front. I really think their next investment should be renovating the animal exhibits on the backside of Cobra's Curse/Montu that goes to the train station. Those are aging badly. Along with Jungala. Phenix Rising wiil be a solid addition though.
@@BuIIy_Maguire Iron Gwazi and Tigris. I guess Tigris wouldn't get a trench though. I didn't realize this had a trench until I already typed the comment. Half hearted effort in comparison anyways.
Love the updates, Dan! I really enjoy your content. Would love to hear your possible predictions for the new project! We know United Parks (hate that name) has the relationship with B&M but do you think it could look to their other relationship with Intamin for the major, possible Giga project?
I grew up with the Williamsburg version of the park. I’ve never been to the Tampa park. Does anyone know if the VA version is up charging for the sky ride as well?
This so interesting how brush garden Tampa is growing so much and brush garden in Virginia isn’t growing much that so weird to me I think this park is more popular then the one in Virginia spending a lot more money on this park
SeaWorld is taking forever because they are actually putting effort into the station and the inside experience of the coaster! Busch Gardens just started really late
Yea I remember last year pipelines release date was announced two weeks ago last year but this year we don’t have a single clue what’s going on penguin treks testing like once or twice and hasn’t since and Phoenix rising started REALLY late and still is said to open this spring which ends in like 4 weeks from now.
@@stevendavis634 They were. The penguin trek project required an entire gutting of the former attraction + remodeling + adding a gift shop (new building) + building the coaster + revitalizing the entire outside area around Antarctica. It’s incredible that they are almost done actually
I hope they get a giga!
Florida needs one!! Would love to see them on such a prestigious list.

Another great update Dan. Hope to meet with you one day at Busch or Seaworld.
Thank you!

Quick que has always been worth it for me at bgt! Walk on’s for all rides with it. Hope it works the same for you.

I posted about 2 weeks ago about the Giga thing
Glad people are catching on
But new markers though…
Oh my
Get the hype ready

Interesting...thanks for the insight!
They were working on the station when we were there Friday.
Tons of work
There is one section on that ride where it looks like not enough clearance
It gets way too close to the Skyride for my liking.
When do you think it's gonna open

You bet!
Cedar Point rides get covered in spiders at night time. Every time I have been there, it was like that. All over the railings and everything
Oh wow, that's crazy! 😲
WE NEED A OPENING DATE
Hopefully soon!

Jungala is about to get a massive face-lift.
I mean we’ve only had one coaster since cobras curse and Phoenix rising is going to have a trench.

It technically does
The 3rd drop leads straight into one and the doors the overbanked turn right back into another....
I'll be there on the 3rd. My daughter will be disappointed phoenix won't be open yet.

That Cheetah was scared of you, Dan 😅
I come in peace 😂
since you’re at Busch Gardens, can you ride the train, please?
OMG if they a giga this will be absolutely epic.. BGT will be the coaster capital of florida and head and shoulders above BGW.
I’m hoping for a T. rex rmc kumba
Going around the end of next month. Any idea when this ride will open up?
Nothing yet!
@@MidwayMayhemChannel
Out of curiosity. Is there a way I could contact you and ask a few questions?
Interesting that a marker is that close to Kumba. Hopefully that doesn’t mean Kumba’s demise
I think the ride is gonna be behind kumba
I have my doubts about them removing Kumba, considering the just replaced some of the footers and gave the ride new signage.
I grew up with the Williamsburg version of the park. I’ve never been to the Tampa park. Does anyone know if the VA version is up charging for the sky ride as well?
Last time I checked no
Im calling it, its a giga

More people visit here... simple economics
Could add the park is open 365.... Williamsburg is not
I don’t understand why they went for a blue track when the logo is purple! What does blue have to do with a phoenix? 🤦♂️
According to park officials it’s supposed to be representative of the sky
Seaworld and busch has been really slow with getting their new rides built.
SeaWorld is taking forever because they are actually putting effort into the station and the inside experience of the coaster! Busch Gardens just started really late

@@theresonly1robReally hope you’re right.
@theresonly1rob they could've done the inside work while they were preparing the outside for track

since you’re looking at the Phoenix rising and since you’re at Busch Gardens can you ride the train please?😂
Would be cool if Busch Gardens and B&M made the trains swing sometime in the future. I was looking forward to that lol.
i dont even have to be there or see them to not want to be there. All i have to do is hear the teenagers.
😂
Paying for the sky way is crazy it’s a free attraction
*if you have an annual pass.
They just brought it back to life after spending millions, they need to charge non pass members to recoup and upkeep. SWO charges for Sky Tower.
