Great vlog Dan. I didn't see any new markers by the retention ponds last week I was on Kumba, I even zoomed in. Just to add, I think that big ride will be a 2026 attraction, 2025 is going to be a Jungala refurb/refresh.

If you look at the FAA's website, the park did get an approved determination for use of a 310FT crawler crane. The coordinates also show where it is to be built. Which is right where the RC cars and boats were just taken out. Considering that crane will be built horizontally before going vertical and moved into position, they have about 325 feet down the path from those RC cars area to the entrance of Tree Top Trails. The new project is definitely not small.
Holy cow dude you're not kidding ... that means they would have to clear out that whole area, heck even Chic-A-Fila has to go this could be why it was moved to Seaworld Orlando (rumors for now) it's way to early for this crane to make an appearance, they would need to have already cleared out all the necessarily land for this.
I've never been to howl o scream, or any halloween event for that matter. Haunted houses aren't my thing. But I'm curious to go to HoS for the halloween theming and night rides on the coasters.
200 ft means it has to have aviation lighting. Falcon's Fury is 330 ft, and Iron Gwazi is 206 ft. There is no other height restrictions, it will have to be permitted like every other project in Tampa.
