    I've been waiting for you to do a video on this! Awesome breakdown of the move, and this is a non pole related question, but do you use a self tanner and if so which brand cause your skin is glowing lol

    • @AneteBlaua
      @AneteBlaua  4 года назад +1

      Thank you💜
      I started to use tanning body oil which has only two ingridients, almonds oil and carrot oil, its a local brand with all natural ingridients. Not sure if they ship outside the country🙈

    She’s great and explanations are really helpful. Unfortunately i often skip ahead or jump to the next video because of the audio. I know it’s a big room so the acoustics are off, but if she could get a directional mic or something, would make the experience of watching the videos better. And also (i speak as a beginner) i would like to see the pose/ handgrip first, before listening to all explanations - it would just make a lot more sense in my mind. Im still happy and lucky to have found this channel, im learning a lot at home, great teacher!💪🏼

    • @AneteBlaua

      Thank you for the feedback😊
      Yes the studio is big, also my pole stage is loud, sorry for that, but with mic thats attached to me would be difficult because I move a lot, and it would make bad noises as well. Since I am filming with a camera i cannot use my air pods as well. Thats why pole videos I try to film in the pole studio, because in this one the sounds is like this.
      And this video is for intermidiates, usually everyone knows how handspring looks like, but I will keep this in my mind, thanks😊

    How do you know when your no longer a beginner?

    • @AneteBlaua
      @AneteBlaua  4 года назад +3

      Well, from my point of view, usually when you feel ready for combinations that involves more that 3 tricks, when you are capable to do an invert, climb with no trouble. Also when you have managed to do all the basic stuff, basic tricks and spins, basic grips and exercises.

    • @KandisStarr
      @KandisStarr 4 года назад

      @@AneteBlaua thank you 💝 i just barley learned invert i have a long ways to go with it.. Im over weight from a baby .. But lost 30lbs with pole in 5 month's 😃

    It's a great video! I just want ask one question, when you showing in beginning split grip, which is pushing & pulling, the pulling hand is straight (because hand doing max pulling ), But what about low hand- which is pushing, is it need little bit bent albow or keep it straight? If hand straight - is it not traumatized for albow if it straight? This is important moment for me , because it have to good base for that trick and some others

    • @AneteBlaua
      @AneteBlaua  4 года назад +1

      Both hands should be straight, make sure the lower hand isnt too low, not to hurt your wrist joint. If you are hyperflexed you can try to bend a little bit the lower hand, but if its straight it wont do any harm if you enagage the shoulders properly and if the upper arm is pulling 👌

    • @AneteBlaua
      @AneteBlaua  4 года назад +1

      Sorry, the lower arm isnt too high not too low
