    This is a great video! You are so beautiful and such a great teacher! I don't do any dancing besides the chicken dance but you have this down to a science and I can tell that you have the kind of mind that creates great students because you explain everything so well in detail that your students know what to do and that they may hurt themselves if they are not secure/anchored in certain areas of their body. You are so good at what you do and your body is amazing!!

    Brass monkey is a pose where I always get confused (like which one is my right leg??!!) when there is no instruction. Can't wait to try those! Thank you, love your videos.

    • @SimoraCheeks1
      @SimoraCheeks1 3 года назад +1

      It may be more helpful to think of your legs in terms of inside vs outside or hooked vs free instead.

      @@SimoraCheeks1 thanks for the suggestion, but i meant when you are upside down and if you couldn't understand the pose well, i feel like i have little control in my body so it's also hard to distinguish inside outside etc haha

    Thank you so much for this video! I have always been afraid to the point of brain freeze of jumping into Brass monkey (method 1) but your tip ''look at the pole' helped me enormously! I wish I could give you a hug to express my gratitude!

    How do you call the grip with the back of the knee and with the elbow? In spanish we said "Corva o corva de codo". Thanks

    the layback entrance seems way too dangerous and complicated to enter brass monkey😅

    • @Phoenixhunter157
      @Phoenixhunter157 3 года назад

      I don’t really do that entrance anymore because it is scary for me. But oddly, that was the first way I was able to get brass monkey. I had no idea at the time that it is a little more advanced way of entering it. 😂😱
