    Hi Laura, I was watching another video and you showed the wrong way to handle the situation but did not show the correct way. It was the one where the patient forgot their credit cards and wallet. Also, the comments are suspended. It's too bad because other professionals can share ideas and what they have done to resolve an issues. I just found your channel and will enjoy watching the rest of the videos. Perhaps you will consider having a comment section if you are still posting on RUclips.
