That’s just a mechanic of the game. A tiny bit like messages in bottles, villager data is shared between friends’ towns. If a villager moves out of your town and effectively lives nowhere, they have a chance of moving into your friend’s town. It’s an interesting mechanic, and I’m sure it can be exploited in some way.
That is in no way an adequate explanation of how it works, so I’d suggest looking it up if you’re curious. Try search terms like “Animal Crossing villager moving” or “Animal Crossing villager moved to my friend’s town”.

Well just get boring if someone it deletes your town then you have to recreate them start all over but you already know what to do or you've been using someone's Animal Crossing game you can make more than one user but the other users are just residence because when I first played Animal Crossing it was on my dad's Animal Crossing but that if you get your own Animal Crossing game it's not that easy because everything is ruined but I'm lucky because I just got a new Animal Crossing game and for some reason I get really lucky some days and randomly gets them really rare items rare fish rare bugs I don't know about I know a lot glitches so maybe that's why

I don’t really see any animal villagers at 2am as I remain away untill 9am. I don’t have pompom in my town with other random animals only bunnie jay punchy Rosie & others that I know. If I find a rare fish or bug & a random animal spots me holding it. I walk away from the animal spotting me with a bug or fish in my inventory. Not to fossils when shoveled out from the ground. the animals ignore as they do their normal activities. I walk around them & head straight to the museum with the rare bug fish with fossil & donate there
I hope in new horizons the villagers have more interactions! Like when you come into their house, they may be cooking, reading, watching TV...instead of walking in a circle or staring at the wall

I do, cause it feels like cheating. And also, I'm afraid of the chance that during my hibernation of 8 months time that my favorite villager will move away and the weed problem from time traveling too much is insane if you don't have the clean town ordinance.
Honestly, having played only old AC either with used cartiges and emulators, I didn't understand why people wanted a new Animal Crossing since the old ones were basically the same with some updates. But I understood when I heard Nintendo ended the internet connection on the DS and a lot of players were sad because they couldn't share their Wild World towns anymore. Then Nintendo ended the WiiU very early and now it seems they want to replace the 3DS with the Switch. And on the top of that people say that New Leaf events have been mediocre for years now and it has only gotten worse when they pulled all their efforts for Pocket Camp. AC players just want to keep their games updated, but know that one day Nintendo will stop making content for the game. So a new game is necessary for that.
BTW, while Pocket Camp isn't that complete since it is a cellphone game, what I've been liking is that it gets constant updated and they take a lot of advice from users. Maybe that would have been the better way to have the core games, if they got updates that fixed the menus, added more space in the inventory or had new content. But I know that they wouldn't have the drive to do that since they keep getting a revenue from the phone game by selling in-game money, but only get revenue once with the other games.
The only problem is that the younger generations who didn’t grow up with those pretty much don’t have them, cause they don’t have the GameCube. I’d like for Nintendo to relaunch those games on like the DS or Nintendo switch.
Smash bros is the same way. People want a new smash game despite the only things it adds that anyone cares about is updated physics and new characters. There's no new mechanics, just a couple extra modes that just slightly alter the exact same controls and rules which nobody cares about in the long run. Fans are always asking for the same game just slightly enhanced. Smash fans already had 85% of Ultimate, it's called all the old ones
in my mom's animal crossing game, she like to plant little gardens outside the villagers houses, but they claim that they planted them and she freaks out 😂

Amiibo festival has a good concept, and the game has some charm to it, but the fact that you have to use any animal crossing amiibo EVERYWHERE you go is just annoying

It is in beta testing Right. Now if you know what beta testing is it's basically which players or people they play the game, but then it's not fully met. So there's going to be a lot of glitches and everything. The way I know that it's in beta testing. Is that Nintendo even have a livestream about it? In case you didn't know, that wasn't a joke. They made a mediocre Mario party with an animal crossing skin that requires an amiibo to work. So if you get it second hand, you better be getting both parts. Also you can only play as two characters unless you have the amiibos/cards I'm pretty sure
