Sad Moe didnt get a shout out for being one of the three villagers with a score of one, but as he is my favorite villager I am thrilled he is so low on the eatability scale!

Half expected #1 to be Tom Nook as an "eat the rich" joke
Remember though he did leave in the scenario however in a hypothetically different scenario where none villager animals were accounted for I wouldn't be surprised if he was in the upper mid-range.
Judging by the level of activity raising the score I assume this guy is looking for lean meat and not so much anything with fat in it which doesn't make sense considering you need calories to survive and while fat gets a bad rep in that regard I think it's probably still more substantial calorie-wise than muscle.
That being said that wouldn't make him a bad option because of the eat the Rich thing
They didn't say Isable or anyone who works in the museam (Blathers) as well as the shop or clothing store... Granted I think they woukd escape... They don't have houses so they technically don't live there and Tom brought them all there to the island... Why would he pay for them to be here when he leaves... Plus Isabelle is a communist so I could see her staying for control reasons and have this turn into the Animal Crossing hunger games...
Well, considering that my greatest desire in life is to roast Tom Nook over and open fire, you're not too far off.

While Octopus and Deer aren't livestock, it is still pretty common to eat them, so I would've ranked them differently

They actually are. Animal crossing 2.0 comes with edible crafting recipes made with lots of new crops that will be added in the update and are going to be made on stove things.

Poison dart frogs are only poisonous because of their diet, dart frogs as pets arent poisonous so it depends on what the character is eating

They’d be some of the worst to haunt you though, debatably. Though whether being haunted by something creepy or something cute that could guilt trip you is a bit of a hard decision

I'm surprised Drift managed to rank as high as they did. Of every frog, he is definitely the most likely to be poisonous!
Here are some notes I have:
-Zuckers name means "sugar" in German which is definitely great for the menu appeal, which brings his score to 21.
-Frita is made out of fast food, which means she'd have a 16 for dietary suitability, bringing her score to 37
In dutch a friet is a fry
So it comes all together
Actually Frita in Spanish means fried as in “patatas fritas” which would be fried chips/fries😌😌
Then she’d be 39.75

Kangaroo is somewhat commonly eaten here in Australia. Like it’s not steak but if you saw it at a grocery store you wouldn’t think it’s too weird. It should’ve been the eight points.
I did the math. the highest score possible is 46.25. And I also made a villager who we would definitely eat first. Her name is Lemon. A chicken made out of Lemon Meringue Pie, and has a jock personality. Usually wears a bland plaid shirt.
