Today I’m going to be sharing with you how to make the best taco night ground beef hard shell tacos! Seriously the best and you can have it under 30 minutes, a delicious meal that your whole family would love! What makes these tacos the best? That taco seasoning mix 😊enjoy!

Tools I’m using?
-Pots and pans are from All-Clad
Copper Core 10-Pc. Cookware Set
-utensils and plates are from bed bath and beyond

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef I’m using 93/7
Corn tortillas
2 small potatoes
2 jalapeños chopped
1/4 onion chopped
My Taco Seasoning Mix
2- 2 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder( New Mexico)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp celery salt
1 serving of love 💕

I miss ground beef tacos with potatoes. Before the family split up and Taco Cabana became the sole survivor I used to love getting them at Tacacita's. I don't know any places that do them anymore and honestly forgot. I'm going to make these. Do you think making them with taco seasoning would work? I'm thinking of doing this and use two packages. HEB brand probably. What do you think?

Tacos de papa are very popular in Mexico. No meat. Just seasoned potato with fresh toppings.
Potatoes in the ground beef is called picadillo. My Grandma learned how to do this back in the 40's and our white family has enjoyed them this way since then. Very tasty.

I Learned to cook in a Mexican restaurant Years ago.... Ethnic restaurant at the slow end of a very small town, Only good place to eat in that town, it was called "Mi Casa" which was a great name, but also accurate because the owner actually lived there... anyway, looking back, we were more California style, but my teacher (the Owner and head Chef) showed me some truly awesome recipes and simple things that people rave about when I cook... watching you cook does the same for me!!! Your approach to everything is practical easy but also flavor focused. Thanks SO much. I Really enjoy your posts!!!

This is SO much better then my ground beef tacos with taco seasoning packets and already made taco shells!! Love your videos!
Always fry your own. Small pan, a good pair of metal tongs and hot oil. Turn over and fold and take out. The only way. You can drain on paper towl. If you want to make Tostadas instead? Fry flat both sides till crisp. Drain and load up with all the goodies.
