A whole lot of this wasn't done for me because everything was done infavior of the insurance company and the work place. I was treated as though I was faking my injuries and I also lost my claim due to undependable family members. So I had to file for disability and I didn't win my disability case until I moved away from the undependable family members. My injuries have gotton worse over the years. My quality of life has greatly changed. Can you go back and sue for the negligence, on the company I worked for and the negligence of the medical team concerning my case? So many of us were treated unfair here in Texas while working for this company. My quality of life will never be the same.
I was injured at work and I have a neck injury and three herniated discs in my neck. Sometimes I'll experience blurry vision for up to 20 minutes before my vision goes back to normal. I've gotten physical therapy and medication for the pain. Insurance has denied procedures my treating doctors have recommended. I was sent to a "Designated Doctor" for evaluation. His report says that I have reached maximum improvement. During my appointment with the designated doctor, all he did was ask me questions. I found out later that the designated doctor who was evaluating my neck injury was a Gastrologist. This doesn't make sense to me. How does a Gastrologist evaluate my neck injury and override the doctors who specialize in neck and joint injuries?

need to know about the surgery that my workers comp doctor has submitted & was approved- my diagnosis-cervical myelopathy---procedure requested c4 to c6 anterior vetrabrectomy/diskectomy w/ fusion instrumentation---requested to have surgery under my msa instead of the workers comp system( too many denials , takes to long to approve treatments) so in his final report back to workers comp he omitted the surgery onlly giving me a 5% final rating on my neck when the injury is affecting all upper extremines-lower back @ l4,l5,s1- to lower back 3 injections radiating to lower extremines --during all treatments he had me rated @ 47% catagory 4 --now that i requested to not have him do this surgery, he lowered my final rating by not requesting both surgeries, but he was deposed & saying all about surgery is needed-can i just go to a QME instead to get a second opinion? Or go to my own doctor & pay out of pocket? I THINK THIS DOCTOR HAS BEEN COMPROMISED BY THE DEFENSE-NEED TO PUT THIS DOCTOR IN THE SPOTLIGHT BECAUSE HE'S NOT TREATING PROPERLY & WRITTING FAKE REPORTS ABOUT INJURIES.REQUEST ASAP

Get to a doctor that understands spinal ligmament injuries.
What a great video! I Loves it!!

What if the real injuries are completely missed or total misdiagnosis?
That would be bad!

You would have to take that up with and attorney.
17 percent whole person impairment for a lumbar surgery seems kinda low buddy
I agree but I did not write them.
