Sam, I’m so very much a left-handed mouse person, too. Had a right shoulder torn rotator cuff surgery and as a result found using my right hand on a mouse is just so cornfusing!!

Honestly great question: just a simple time constraint. Faster to knock it all out with biscuits than traditional joinery methods. We only had 2(ish) days 😂

Sam what was the epoxy you used. I do love tabletop but it has a tolerance for thickness. This seems like you can dump a huge amount all at once.
Again, every video on a Saturday - makes me smile so much. Thank you and your recommendation for TableTop epoxy was a gamechanger for me. Really bumped up my furniture abilities to have that tool in my toolbox! All my best wishes for your success!
