- UPDATE: Medical examiners have confirmed that the body found inside the pickup truck was that of James Spencer. Next of kin has been notified. Foul play is still not suspected.

⚫️12/5/22: Man Found inside Vehicle Submerged in the River⚫️
Clarksville, Tenn. - A man was found deceased inside a Dodge Ram 1500 truck that was submerged in the Cumberland River. The Dodge was found by Chaos Divers, a company based out of Illinois, at approximately 1:13 p.m. near the McGregor Park boat ramp. Police have confirmed that the vehicle tags match with Mr. Spencer’s tags. The coroner has taken the body to the medical examination room to confirm if the man found inside was Mr. Spencer. Police do not suspect foul play at this time. No more information was released. Mr. Spencer was reported missing by his son on November 14th. The family has been notified of the situation.

Too bad the taxes people pay don’t go to fund this. I hope the police were at least cooperative. I’ve seen a lot of these type of videos where they are not.
