Our pleasure! As I say to all commenters, there were still a few hiccups, but overall we really liked it. So much so that we have booked Feb 2024 roundtrip from San Juan.

Nope! You have to pay for excursions, pre-night hotel (of course that is optional), and your flights. So Regent is a better financial deal, even though Ritz's food is much better!
How was the entertainment on this cruise line? You mentioned a few lounges with music. Were there any performances? Enjoying your videos as always!
Everything was on a small scale. No theatre productions. A jazz trio, a pianist, a pianist/vocalist duo, a standup bass and vocalist duo, a DJ; that kind of thing.

What type of entertainment did they have onboard?
Entertainment was limited. They had a jazz quartet, and a singer (they are shown in a later video). They also had DJ's onboard, but we are not really late night party people, so we never went.

We are cruising on this ship in Feb 2024 from San Juan. One concern I have...there seems to be a disproportionately low amount of lounge chairs outside around the pool deck. Did you find that was an issue? Do you reserve the paddle boards for anchor days? I love the intimacy of the ship, but I'm afraid it might be a disadvantage. Thanks for the tour!
Yes, deck chairs or the lack thereof, are a problem. There is simply not enough space around the main pool. But there are more on the 8th floor outside Mistral. And if you just want to chill without the pool, there are more lounges on decks 9 and 10.
Paddle boards are first come first served. Not sure about the wait,
We liked the small ship a lot. There was not a lot to do on a sea day, but we just like reading and drinking in the sea air,

is there a dress code for any of the restaurants? Another RUclipsr said the service was ok, but not good enough for the price.
There is no dress code, but people usually dressed as you would at a golf club. Long pants, skirt/dresses, collared shirts, but no jackets, etc. Very relaxed, but not bummy looking! Except for one meal (detailed in day two), the service was very good to excellent. The food however, was mostly exceptional; the best we have had on a cruise. We did have a couple of omelets that were overcooked for us, but those were really the only negatives. It is possible that they indeed viewed the videos and comments from the other RUclipsr, and made adjustments over time.
Being long time Regent cruisers, the experience was good enough that we have booked our next cruise aboard Ritz, rather than Regent.

No, it was not.
The negative reviews of this market are numerous across many platforms.
I think that as time passes, the staff become aware of the negative reviews and make changes. For example, Trek Trendy described how he did not see his personal concierge until day 2 of the cruise. Ours was waiting in the hall as soon as we embarked, greeted us and gave us a tour of the suite. There are still some hiccups, but our experience was positive enough that we booked another cruise in Feb 2024.

Usually starts at 3k per person and up depending on length of cruise and type of cabin
