I see in this video you uploaded pictures of your product with the standard white backround. Is that a must to do? We also don't have a good quality camera. Basically, in short, what are the photo requirements?

Hi Romero I would like to ask about the 45 up labels and the 6 up labels are the 6 up labels meant for only product labels and the 45 up for the barcodes?
@@immaculatemoswathupa8309 If your products were accepted, you should see them under ‘manage my offers’ Then click on the replenish stock tab at the top. 😃
@@mozie.-3123 yes! They opened the Dbn DC shortly after this video was made and are still slowly opening it up to certain categories for stock to be sent. 😊
@@chavonnerichards2996 not necessarily. You can sell on Lead-Time too. If you do send stock to each, they have to be balanced according to Takealot’s requirements. It used to be 70% Jhb and 30% Cpt. Need to find out what it is currently. But it’s one sucky part because sometimes that’s not the ratio your products are selling in.
@@charlesmuller667 yes, you can sell as many or as little products as you’d like. Just try make sure it generates enough sales to cover the monthly fees (400-500) and that you have a decent margin on it for takealot success fees, etc. 🙌🏾
@@mpumelelokhoza5706 hey there. Unfortunately it is not. You either have to have stock, or you can sell on lead-time (when you hold stock and once an order is made you then send to takealot. And takealot sends to customer). But you only have 3 days to get it to TAL wharehouse from when a leadtime order is placed.

But just be sure to check for the items you’re thinking of on Takealot first as competition is high from Temu and sellers are selling it for too cheap on Takealot to compete, which is not a good thing for you. So just do product research and note that as of last week, no tech products can be sold without a certification sticker.
@@lulunene2274 yes. The courier you choose will charge you differently as one would be further away than the other. Courier Guy gives discounts to shipments going to Takealot.
@@tjuanaspringveldt8337 I’ve seen some suppliers sell refurbished Apple products, however I’m sure they need to be fully certified. Even if they were new, you need to show takealot you have the rights to sell them.
@@IresonYrn not through either of those platforms. But there are some great third party softwares that allow you to do that, and manage all sales in real time through your Shopify store. You’ll still have to send stock to TAL as usual but all date with be in one place.

6 up are for shipping labels from Takealot (1 per box of products being shipped)

On business registration number ,when I put my registration number it says input must be at most 19 characters long,pls help
