Eaten raw eggs for over 30 years. Learned it from Rocky. So far no problems. Like your recipe. As part of my body building routine I usually eat raw eggs in eggnog 3 to 4 times a week.
Thank you so much for your comment, and I’m really glad you liked the recipe! 😊 It’s awesome that you've had a great experience with raw eggs for so long, and I completely understand that it's a common practice for some, especially in bodybuilding. My main goal is to help people make informed choices, and I just wanted to highlight some general food safety considerations. But if it’s working well for you, that’s fantastic! Thanks again for watching and sharing your thoughts, and happy cooking! 🙌🍳
we can't eat honey, but we sometimes use allulose. No carb, probably safe - tastes identical to sucrose. Allulose is a stereo isomer of fructose (same chemical formula and basic structure). It goes through us undigested.
Thank you for sharing! Allulose is a great option if you’re avoiding honey. It should work well in this recipe since it doesn’t have a strong flavor and is easy to swap in. I hope it turns out perfectly for you! Let me know how it goes! 😊
Hi Corinne, it’s always a good idea to check with your health practitioner first, but it seems like sticking to eggs, cream, and salt - without the honey and vanilla extract - might make this recipe suitable for someone with type 2 diabetes. Have you ever thought about using a continuous glucose monitor (CGM)? It could be a helpful tool in understanding how different foods affect your blood sugar and in staying within your target range.
I’m sorry to read that. It might be best to avoid honey in that case. If you’re used to a carnivore lifestyle, there’s no need to add any sweeteners-you’ll likely enjoy it just the way it is!
What's your favourite topping or mix-in that you'd add to this carnivore ice cream to make it even more indulgent? Let me know in the comments below!

Looks delicious. I'm definitely adding the whites into my ice cream next batch using your tip. Subscribed!
Thanks for the sub! Let me know how you find it :)
Keto and Low carb style is great, maybe i can use the icecream to eliminate the late night cravings.
You can definitely do that. One scoop will be enough, it's so creamy and delicious 😋
Zaberdust recipe
Thanks, what do you like best about it?
Hi Severine, can this recipe be used for people with type 2 diabetes?

Honey is not good for diabetics. I use erithtytol as sweetener in everything I need instead of sugar.
Honey, spikes my blood sugar

Glad you liked it 😊
