    I love your evaluation style. You don't get hung up on specs and focus on how it actually feels. I feel too many current reviewers are semi pro racers and will focus on something like peak power and gloss over the fact a bike might be a pain to ride day to day on the street. I also love the detail you give to each bike, you are doing a great job. Love the subdued humor as well. Subscribed!

    Thanks for the review. Your level of detail and unique coverage of features and common use cases really standout. I like the fact you also asked others on the ride for thoughts and perspective. I don’t see many others doing this so thanks for that. Truly it isn’t all about any one individual judgement.
    It just felt genuine.
    I’m tempted to get back on the saddle again, sold my 600 Gixxer a year ago because I barely used it... really needs to be on the track. Would love to try the Trident.

Danke nochmals, weiter solche Videos!

    Hi Juliane,
    danke für das tolle Review. Schade, dass die Trident nicht schon dieses Jahr kam. Denn ich bin nach 16 Jahren Abstinenz endlich wieder aufgestiegen. Und von dem was ich bisher so von ihr gesehen, gelesen und gehört habe, wäre es das perfekte Bike für mich. Optisch gefällt sie mir eh und sollte es nach der Probefahrt perfekt passen, werde ich wohl schon nach 1 Saison die Maschine wechseln. Aber Triumph ist halt einfach geil und da die Trident mit dem Rundscheinwerfer einfach in mein Beuteschema passt, werde ich da wohl schwach werden. Vorrausgesetzt, daß der Rest natürlich auch passt. Aber so oft wie man liest, daß sie vom Handling her absolut super leicht und agil ist, hoffe ich mal das Beste.
    Gruß Kad

    Another great review, I really like this Trident. For any Brits/Yanks watching the fuel consumption Juliane mentioned of 6.5L/100km equates to approx 36mpg which isn’t brilliant but acceptable.

    • @ridenroll.juliane
      @ridenroll.juliane  4 года назад +1

      The consumption really depends on the riding style. I think it usually doesn't use more than 5.5l/100km. As I mentioned, these press rides are mostly more fuel consuming, that's why it was pretty much that day. Cheers from Germany!

    Schönes Video! Das Zuschauen hat Spaß gemacht. :)
    Ich denke, dass solche "einfachen" Bikes oftmals unterschätzt werden, weil sie vielleicht nicht so aufregend aussehen oder eine so hohe Spitzenleistung haben. Aber wie du bereits sagtest, sollten 80 PS in vielen Situationen "genug" sein, aber ein einfaches Handling und vielleicht auch eine unaufgeregte, dosierbare Gasannahme bringen im Alltag so viel mehr Spaß! Sei es beim Pendeln, wo ich eben nicht auf einem Supersportler sitzen will. Auf einer Tour, wo ich auch mal links und rechts gucken mag, usw. Wodurch einfach viel schneller viel Kilometer gemacht werden, statt auf einem harten Brett mit viel PS.
    Einige Eigenschaften haben mich tatsächlich an meine CB-1 ('89, 56 PS, 400 ccm) erinnert. Klein, wendig, flink, kleiner Tank (12l). Aber nachdem dein Kollege auf dem Bike saß, hat man den Unterschied im größeren Kniewinkel deutlich gesehen. Und die 25 PS sollten auch mehr Vertrauen geben, wenn man nicht ständig das Bike ausdreht ...
    Ich finde, du machst auch eine sehr sportliche Figur aufm Bike. :) Kannst auch gerne immer mal erwähnen, was du Klamottentechnisch an hast, um auf gewisse Wetterbedingungen vorbereitet zu sein. Daumen hoch, nicht nur für Heizgriffe.
    Grüße aus Berlin.

      @hassosigbjoernson5738 4 года назад +1

      @@ridenroll.juliane Hey, danke für deine Antwort!
      Mein Hinweis mit den Klamotten bezog sich übrigens nicht rein auf irgendeine Marke einer Jacke. Ich habe eher gemerkt, dass ich als Wiedereinsteiger in einigen Videos einfach auf praktische Dinge acht, wie "Wo packen die Tester ggf. ein Innenfutter hin?", wie siehts aus mit Fleece-Klamotten, Sport-Textil, Zwiebelprinzip oder wo könnten Regenklamotten versteckt sein. Ich denke einfach, viele solcher kleinen Details führen dazu, ob man sich aufm Bike wohl fühlt oder nicht, gerade wenn das Wetter mal suboptimal ist.
      Grüße!

    I remember first test ride review on MT07 in 2014? also in Spain. Very similar review, on every videos - lots of hype - but that is correct, both motorcycles are very good.

    Really enjoyed this review, the best I’ve seen on this new Trident 🔱
    If @Triumph don’t give you a long termer of this bike to live with and review , then they’re missing a massive trick 🏍

    Very good review . Impressive, well sorted bike that Triumph has put a lot of work into. Only way to tell if it’s for an experienced, full licence rider is to test both - see if the extra cash is worth spending .
