Im a skinny dude with an ugly face full of pimples and It's been 3 months now since I started to try and change myself, I was 49 kg when I started and for my height I am underweight, been doing home workout for 30 minutes a day and started bulking up now Im at 57kg. Focus naman ako sa skin ko kaya thank you po dito sir, very educational kaya wish me luck guys gusto ko rin namang maging more pleasant tignan, kakasawa na magpa succumb sa insecurities ko.

Enough information research sa google or youtube daming board certified derma, esthetician or skincare expert dito like Jan naks. Invest some time kung ayaw mo mag invest ng malaking pera in the future. I'm glad i found Jan Angelo (local skincare brand expert) buti napadpad talaga ako sa channel nya dahil napadpad din ako kay Dr. Dray (board certified derma) hanggang kay Hyram (information overload) and Olena Beley (3-step moisture method).
