Thank you for posting and sharing the links in the description! Hope you enjoy playing the fan made expansion with family on Thanksgiving! Looking forward to the playthrough with Alex and Professor Meg!
I know what you mean about the order tokens wearing down. My favorite game, Starcraft the Board Game has some wear on the order tokens. Luckily it’s only the overmind faction (my favorite and most played faction) tokens that are showing wear and only the face, not the backs. But now I refuse to play until I find a solution before it’s too late. Thanks for the heads up on options to fix that!
Feldherr is awesome. They have really nice inserts for a lot of mini heavy games! I understand using Dragonshield on this game, but on every game? That gotta be expensive :D Thanks for sharing everything you got for that game, was really interesting to see. Maybe I get to try that game one day 😅
The coin shields for the cardboard tokens look just so premium and nice, but I get why you'd go for the plastic tokens...! And that is quite the nifty insert, haven't seen foam inserts before, but then again it is a fairly logical material to keep minis safe and comfy. And don't we know a thing or two about rubber protectors.... giggidy! I'm still a bit salty about the copy of the game that I just missed because I was way too slow to react :(
Have you tried the Dragon Shield Matte Clear? I REALLY like their shuffle feel and how well they stay stacked (not as much sliding around), these are my go to sleeves these days.
Played this game with two players and I didn’t like it but I still want it cus it’s definitely one of those games that’s best at max count also playing on tts didn’t help either
I enjoy the Feldherr ones that go with Forbidden Stars and Star Wars: Rebellion since they help to keep all of those soft minis organized and protected :) But I also have a decent amount of wooden inserts.
You don't need the miniatures necessarily. The expansion print run had the option for standees. But you do need something to represent the units on the board.

Happy to do so! I can't wait to play it sometime soon.
When will we get a play through of galaxy in flames!?!?
Thank you so much for this video, made me aware of the expansion's existence. Will look into it.
It's awesome you have a love for a game and are able to bling it out like this!
Oh, boy, do I love it!
Love seeing you so 'nerdy' about your favo game.
It's so gooooooodddd!!!
Thanks for posting this, looking forward to a playthrough video with all the new factions.
I’m glad that my being here makes you enjoy talking to yourself more! 🤪😜😂
Hahaha, always

Feldherr is awesome. They are expensive, but I've also shifted away from sleeving all games. I've gotten too many in lately :P
You never thought for a second that I would skip THIS video did you?
Hahahaha, I love me some Forbidden Stars.
that game looks sick!
I agree :)

I totally get that. Coin shields really help something stand out!

I’ll have to check those out! Seen then but never bought them
Hey, Devon! Just ordered those minis for Galaxy in Flames. Do you think an additional Feldherr insert would fit them?
I’ve wondered about getting the base Feldherr foam box from their website and then cutting it to size
Played this game with two players and I didn’t like it but I still want it cus it’s definitely one of those games that’s best at max count also playing on tts didn’t help either
TTS is definitely not the place I'd want to learn this game
Do you prefer foam inserts to wood in general? I haven't tried any other than wood but the one you have looks really good
