It was GORGEOUS with a giant statue surrounded by candles elevated above a gazebo with a painter's nook on the roof and a secret entrance to a solace room... but then my hard drive failed and I lost the data. D:

Yeah, I hope Kei learns more about the importance of connecting with people. Meanwhile Sara is learning that it's not as easy as she thought to work, which she's never had to do in her life. So then they can come to understand each other's POV more even if they never get back together as a couple.
Not to mention his ex is still not working and expecting him to pay for everything. She is knitting as a job...ya no lol

"We forgot to markup the price." Sara is the most clueless sim about money. With this plus failing at random jobs and her constant spending of Kei's money, Deli has created such a realistic storyline.
Edit: would you be able to buy a drone that records her snowboarding before level 10 and post that on The Get Famous youtube equivalent?

In most relationships I’ve seen where the broken up couple stay in close contact, the couple often get back together (even just for a one night thing) because of the circumstances; I think it could be interesting if this happened, because it could either drive the couple to finally move apart and be separate from each other, or it might ignite something 🤷♀️

the recipe kei got for his promotion isn't random - yakitori is a type of food popular in izakayas (a type of japanese bar popular with salarymen after work).
The attention to detail in this pack is admirable!
its grilled chicken meat in english (for ppl who dont know what yakitori is) yaki means fried or grilled and tori means bird... in this case, chicken!!!
Hi Deli! Just in case you see this: Kei’s name is pronounced “Kay” like “okay”. Miki is pronounced “Meekee” like the name Kiki. Sorry to repeat what’s already been said! Hope you’re enjoying this LP.
If anyone wants to be technical: “Kei” has a small emphasis on the “i”, so it would be like saying “Kay(ee)” but in one syllable, not two. For tips on general Japanese pronunciation, the vowels are always pronounced the same :) making it actually way easier to read phonetically than English, where we change all the time. a, e, i, o, u in Japanese are the same in Spanish and other similar languages, so a = ah, i = ee, u= oo, e = eh, o = oh.

An easier way to put Miki's pronunciation would probably be Mickey? like Mickey Mouse? Sorry just trying to make it easier
@@dawnlee3850 Not quite, because the I in Mickey makes the short 'i' sound, whereas the Japanese I always sounds like 'ee.'

There is no emphasis on the i. The vowels are all *usually* pronounced the same regardless of where they are, but "ei" just means that the e vowel is held for longer. Similarly, "ou" just makes a longer o. It's one of the few ways in which Japanese spelling (and therefore transcription in the Latin alphabet, at least in most systems) isn't completely regular :)
I think she would need to move out as Kei made most of the money and the house should be his after the divorce. Also, a new house is an opportunity to find her style and have a home that suits more to her active lifestyle. Maybe sort of like a semi-modern asian micro home. :) Love this LP by the way. Not gonna lie, Sara calling it off with Miki and deciding to just be friends (with a way to make money literally in the front garden) is the redemption arc that Sara needs lol Still wish we had a Keh-focused/minimal Sara part.
I agree! Keh needs to loosen up a little and have some fun, maybe go on a date, nothing serious just date around. I’m interested to see where his career takes him as well.
I don't think she needed redemption for just being herself. Keh is kinda annoying 😒

@@SingPandaProductions Well, she was seeing another person while married, was never home, and never did the housework, all while Keh was breaking his back 5 days a week to keep them all alive, pretty much. Miki was an awful influence on Sara for flirting with a married woman and not doing anything to stop Sara from neglecting her husband and family. As friends, they should have a better relationship.
@@dominicwood8298 I don't think any woman should have the whole weight of a house management on her back, and Sara was just not ready for a marriage, just like Keh, and Miki seems like the kind of person that just ignores everything going on apart from her own life.
I think they were all a damn mess 😂 and probably they're better of as friends.
A good idea for the house, make 2 small houses on the same lot and then you can still play both but they don’t have to live so close. Love the LP deli! ❤️
I think this is a great idea. they could have entrances which face different streets. I know a couple who sold their house and each rented flats only to find they had rented flats in the same block.
I think I have an addiction to your LP’s. A serious addiction. To all of them. The orphanage stole my heart, but I’m addicted to every bit of gameplay (and building obviously) that’s by Deli. Legend. 😔✊🏽
Idea for their living situation...
Two small houses, apartments, or townhouses on the same lot
In the game you set them as roommates or rent one of the two out to the other
I wish you could have a friendly divorce and a bad divorce in the sims. Not every divorce is a bad one

What is Sara asked Miki if she could temporarily move in with her so she can give Kei the space he needs and still able to have somewhere to be until she can afford her own apartment or house...

I feel like when B passed, there should have been some inheritance passed on to them. That could be used to help Sara move on from Keh and work on herself.
I think that Kei would get remarried to someone who is also extremely work focused as well, they would be comparable with one another and understand if one was mad/sad/stressed form work, they would be like a power couple and they might have kids together but only once they have almost maxed out there work goal give or take a level. Joust a thought.
I wouldn’t suggest building up your sims snow boarding level just for the video bc its super laggy but i made my sim an athlete and it doesn’t really suggest what kinda sport it is 👀👀👀

If you wanted to continue the Mikey and Sara story you could have them move into an apartment complex next door to each other
Or they can open a store/business together down the road
so maybe Kei has to move to the city with his next promotion... his job relocates him to their main offices and he starts to rebuild his life. Then depending on whether or not he keeps thinking about Sara, they met at a festival or he goes back to a rental in Mt. Komorebi for a ski vacation... and they meet and sparks fly and they fall in love all over again? If he doesn't think about her all the time, maybe he meets someone new in the city and they fall in love and he gets married to them and starts a family?
Maybe now that she's on her own and no longer has this romantic need all the time... maybe when she's on her own for the first time in her life... because her Mother was always there.. maybe her Mother was one of those sly controlling mothers who never let Sara actually make her own decisions and maybe if she keeps thinking about Kei, when she see's him again, sparks fly and she realizes she really does love him... and if not, then maybe she is finally ready to make a full commitment to Miki, because clearly she was initially attracted to Miki as a way to fill this romantic need and now that she is past that and over Kei, she is able to make a full commitment. Or maybe she plays the field a little bit and dates a bunch of other sims and finds someone completely new.
I love how you just created multiple storylines that would be totally perfect for a Hallmark Christmas movie. I would Watch that movie

I had a boyfriend break up with me on Christmas Eve and days before my birthday too. 😂 It so hurts but it makes you realize you are better off without them and that you can find someone that appreciates you and your feelings.
One of my sims actually had the option to teach skiing/snowboarding. In the career tab of his phone. He's rich though, so didn't need the money and I didn't check again.
The moment Deli said he was impressed by her sales, i just thought: " Couldn't they start missing each other? And slowly getting to know each other outside of the marriage. Maybe what happened to them was that they were married before the nkew each other... idk... that could be interesting"
I think kei would give her a loan just to get out of his hair but I personally would love to see these two figure stuff out though.. like they spilt for a while and once she’s gone though her discovery maybe he’ll learn to love her just the way she is
Same. Mostly because that is what happened with me and my husband.
I feel like they didnt jive well romantically, but they could totally be best friends once everything clears out. Theyd balance eachother out- Sara is more of a dreamer and is adventurousness and can help Kei grow, and Kei is more grounded and hard working which can help Sara get more of a stable life.

From the short time B was around, she seemed like a practical person and wouldn't have had a problem with selling some of her sentimental items, should money have been an issue.
And as for Miki. . .she is starting to get a bit creepy. 😐

Maybe you move home and she lives in the basement part of the house (or vice versa) or it’s a build with two complex’s so they’re in the same lot but different buildings. Would be cool to see what else you could build on this lot ☺️
I really want Kei to get some more development! Maybe he moves in with a best friend or finds a lover? I just want to see him loosen up and find some happiness

*Finds kotatsu is broken again.* Well... more than just Sarah and Kei have been using it without their knowing. Dang the Sims can be creepy...

its weird because i want sara to move out because living together is just painful for both of them but at the same time i would miss keh lol
My ex and I lived together for a couple of weeks after we broke up while he looked for another apartment. At times it was pretty awkward, but overall I feel like it helped me have closure with some of the conversations we were able to have during that time.
I think it would be nice if kei decided to move out closer to the city (perhaps San myshuno) instead of Sara as he sees that she is a lot more connected to mount Komo and he needs space and time to move on.
I got dumped on April fools day once and when I told my friends, they thought I was joking. I can laugh about it now, but at 16 it was humiliating. Now I'm 30 and have a better perspective lol.

* edit after finishing the video - deli, i absolutely love this lp! it is honestly one of my favourites. anywho, since last episode, you have been pronouncing miki wrong - in the earlier episodes you pronounced it like "meekey", which was the correct way to say it. :) and i'm super excited to see what happens next with the moving out & stuff! personally, it would be cool if sara got a house on her own and kei stayed in their house, since he is the one paying for most of the bills and stuff.
Honestly, this whole story line has really inspired me to write a story with this plot idea of finding your true self. I want to write a book and this idea of becoming your own person is what I want to be the theme. Love all the vids deli x

Maybe recording videos of Sara rock climbing could be a good way to earn money if it works, with the drone that came with get famous.
I loved the Sims 3 throwback at 4:18! All of the tv shows and movies in Sims 4 are clips of gameplay from sims 3. And I think in sims 3, the tv will always show clips from sims 2!

I feel like Miki would not be waiting for Sara. she would respect that Sara needs space, but while that’s happening I see Miki start dating someone else. And even though Sara needs space, I think Sara would get jealous of Miki’s new girlfriend ;)

Miki and Sara should move in together as a roommate situation 👀 Even if just for one episode, so Sara can get away from Kei being so angry and upset at her all the time. Maybe one episode you can grind for her to get her own place while she’s crashing with Miki for a while!!! I’m sure Miki would be soooo open to having Sara stay while she gets back on her feet! I think that with odd jobs there is a certain skill level that you are required to have😊 so for example the one where you were a wing women might have required level 4 charisma😊👍🏼

I feel like Sara should love at a rental for a little bit, while money gets sorted out. Maybe she could work up her relationship with Miki, and then miki would ask her to move into her house.

Don't move her out, I think watching Sara become more hands-on on her goals will make Kei admire her and fall in love with her again.
I agree I think they could get back together and have a stronger and more loving relationship. Since before neither were secure of each other. Personally I also believe Miki isn’t too good for Sara either. She knew she was married but saw her at her weakest and fed into it which seemed manipulative to me. Also when Sara asked just to be friends she asked her on a date. To me her motives don’t look sit in the right place as Sara’s to me.
Wouldve been cool if the snowboarding had tournaments which would earn you money

You could just get her a part time gig (barista, retail worker, etc). They’re not too time consuming and that way she can focus on becoming a star snowboarder.
When my ex husband asked for a divorce I had to live with him for 6 months after and it is super hard but we have a kid together so it was a bit easier knowing it was for him. We had to share a bed still though so that was weird
Honestly I hope they find their way back to each other. I hope Sara realises that he wasn't stifling her, only trying his hardest to support the and that Kai realises she wasn't trying to be a bad wife, only to also have her own life. I think they could be really happy if they just took a bit of time to get to know themselves.
Also I feel like miki not respecting Sara's need for space is a red flag!

I think you should use the drone from get famous and Sara can get a head start on her snowboarding RUclips channel, by using the drone to film her during her snow boarding and rock climbing expeditions!

I would love the idea of two seperated houses on one lot, as you did in your Get Famous LP Deli. This way Kei and Sara wouldn't have to purchase two lots and homes because, let's be honest, they do not really have the money to do that.

I don't with it will work but you can try using the drone from Get famous to get some money climbing and snowboarding!
It’s really interesting to see the knitting pack being incorporated. I was actually surprised because I’ve seen another RUclips doing a snowy escape let’s play use the knitting pack to make money for their sim as well! With the cosy vibes of the new world and the winter sports the packs seem to blend really well together - such a shame though that something as simple as knitting wasn’t base game and that the latest pack is causing crashes so I’ve been reluctant to invest in either, but it’s great to see them showcased here.
Maybe Sara could buy the empty lot in the world for a retail store to sell snowboarding, skiing and rock climbing gear for money :) I know it’s from Get To Work, but it’s more themed around the snowy escape pack than knitting :)
