Na přímém ohni, sejde se nás 10-15 lidí, hovoří o tom, nikdy jsme nic lepšího nejedli. Tak nevím. Co je ve videu, pardon, to opravdu není GULÁŠ. Už jen ta cibule, která se dává na začátku najemno nakrájená a upravená osmažená na sádle do zlatova.

Uh, kako je dobro meso, Frano, meko i socno i bez kuvanja !!! Vi ste sretnica, gde god da ste, pronadjete dobrog mesara ! Pa jos slaninica, pa vino i ostale specije i odlican rezultat ne moze da izostane. Pa kad na to dodje praksa i umece, uzitak je onaj pravi, za prste polizati. This is Hungarian Beef Stew (Pörgölt). Gulyás (Goulash) is a little bit different. I love to eat this with mashed potatoes and pickles. Yum! You did a good job with it! Looks delish!
In my Polish gulaszI didn't use paprica, hot paprica or tomato paste. Coated meat with flour before browning well and it thickened it while it cooked. Seasoned with marjoram

Beautiful dish and very appetising. Hungarians invariably include potatoes in the mix or nokedli on the side, along with Hungarian cucumber salad or dill pickles. European cuisine is so versatile. Travel for 30 mins in any given country and there are always slight variations to each regional area. The one thing in common is that they all taste good!
Lovely. I would like to try those many herbs because I cannot imagine the flavor. In the past I have used only sweet paprika, ground caraway, and ground marjoram along with the browned meat, onions, and wine. My Hungarian friend tells me the way I learned to make it is actually porkolt.

This is not even a proper guláš, like you eat in Czechia. Real guláš stew you can eat in austria and czechia. Or eat gulasch soup in Hungary. The other ones like balkan has just borrowed the recipe and made their own less better version
My grandma used to make this dish and i wanted to find the recipe. This looks like it. One of my favourites. I was under the impression as i havent eaten it for quite some time now that it was made with pork. Can it be done with pork i wonder? I ll make it the same as you though, i cant wait

If you take out the marjoram you'll get the real pörkölt. All these herbs is a misunderstading. But this is normal in social media.

But this one looks perfect

This is not even a proper guláš, like you eat in Czechia. Real guláš stew you can eat in austria and czechia. Or eat gulasch soup in Hungary. The other ones like balkan has just borrowed the recipe and made their own less better version

My grandma used to make this dish and i wanted to find the recipe. This looks like it. One of my favourites.
I was under the impression as i havent eaten it for quite some time now that it was made with pork.

Da istina. Puno je različitih varijacija. A na balkanu je zapravo bas ovo gulaš dok original i nije. Pa onda prepirke su vječne oko toga 😅😅 Hvala vam puno na komentaru i ugodan dan želim 🤗❤️
