    Hi madam, Thanks for the recipe.
    Should we use DGL?

    • @HealthyHappynWise
      @HealthyHappynWise  4 года назад +1

      If DGL (deglycyrrhizinated licorice) is recommended for you for a condition than it's a good idea to follow that recommendation.

    I read Dr John's article and tried this tea. It's meant to be so healing but I struggle with slippery elm. Why do I get acid reflux from it when it's meant to be healing against it! I guess it's all very personal. I really wanted to use this tea but alas it's not for me.

      try just marshmallow alone, maybe add some chamomile, or maybe fennel, both good for digestion & the lining of the gut as well as maybe try rosemary too which mainly helps nerves. try to be consistent with taking it everyday. most herbal remedies take time so try it out for at least a month unless any of the ingredients bother you besides the slippery elm. good luck!🐞

      @@the.secret.of. thank you! Marshmallow doesn't work for me either. Fennel seeds cause reflux! I know, they shouldn't but they do. Tested many times over the last four years and no, my stomach doesn't like fennel seeds.
      Thanks for your advice. I'm OK with rosemary, licorice and chamomile.

      Do you eat plant based? Switching to a plant based diet is a quick and easy way to lower blood pressure. My 60 year old father did a few months ago and his blood pressure has gone down greatly and he is in a healthy range now.

      @the.secret.of. 2 года назад

      i dont know if alopecia is directly caused by celiac but i doo hear a lot of people with celiac do have alopecia so they could definitely be related🤷‍♀️. besides that try to search rosemary, neem, and rice protein for the alopecia if you have it. i dont have alopecia, but i thought i did a while ago and did a bunch of hair loss care things, it helped a lot with my hair loss.
