I have sibo and cannot tolerate mucilaginous foods/herbs. I am looking for gut soother, ive tried liquorice and i cannot have that too. So i am looking for ayurvedic herbs, is there a soothing herbs that increases mucus of GI tract? 🙏
im sure you figured it out by now since its been 9 months, but if you didn't, no you dont have to re heat it. i do just cause i like it better warm but either way is fine
Can psyllium husk can be an alternative to slippery elm as in my area I don't have cheaper option for Slippery elm? It is costing me 3000 bugs at my place in india.
I read Dr John's article and tried this tea. It's meant to be so healing but I struggle with slippery elm. Why do I get acid reflux from it when it's meant to be healing against it! I guess it's all very personal. I really wanted to use this tea but alas it's not for me.
try just marshmallow alone, maybe add some chamomile, or maybe fennel, both good for digestion & the lining of the gut as well as maybe try rosemary too which mainly helps nerves. try to be consistent with taking it everyday. most herbal remedies take time so try it out for at least a month unless any of the ingredients bother you besides the slippery elm. good luck!🐞
@@the.secret.of. thank you! Marshmallow doesn't work for me either. Fennel seeds cause reflux! I know, they shouldn't but they do. Tested many times over the last four years and no, my stomach doesn't like fennel seeds. Thanks for your advice. I'm OK with rosemary, licorice and chamomile.
Drink two glass of lukewarm water and go for walk every morning for two hour's. While walking try to breathe with nose not with mouth. I hope this will help you.
Do you eat plant based? Switching to a plant based diet is a quick and easy way to lower blood pressure. My 60 year old father did a few months ago and his blood pressure has gone down greatly and he is in a healthy range now.
i dont know if alopecia is directly caused by celiac but i doo hear a lot of people with celiac do have alopecia so they could definitely be related🤷♀️. besides that try to search rosemary, neem, and rice protein for the alopecia if you have it. i dont have alopecia, but i thought i did a while ago and did a bunch of hair loss care things, it helped a lot with my hair loss.

Hi madam, Thanks for the recipe.
Should we use DGL?
If DGL (deglycyrrhizinated licorice) is recommended for you for a condition than it's a good idea to follow that recommendation.
As I am Pure vegetarian , thank god for Vegan Ayurveda bone broth recipe

Yes, correct
I didn't know that plants have bones and that we need to simmer them to extract minerals. Change the name, call it something else please.
Vegan Bone Broth.......Let that sink in...........
If the earth had bones, then this would be the bone broth of that lol because I already know this would taste like straight up earth 😒
