I see u changed the tail light. The initial install looked really good, but that tail fender ones actually give u a place to mount a license plate. I did an entire project like this on a YZ250FX in CA, and put a South Dakota plate on it. You do clean work, the headlight looks great too. I have my '18 KLX250 with the blacked out engine / digital camo {best looking bike...ever} that I love, but someday might switch to the 300r. I like the looks of the R better, and its got good power without needing a loud pipe.

Working on it myself, Amazon has a slim banjo bolt for rear brake light that I got to work on 23 klx300r. It's a tight fit with the master cylinder but it will work in there with no modding

Did this swap exactly as yoh did tested and everything seemed fine mounted everything now it turns on cranks but no start anyone have any idea?

I bought a Sicass universal ignition switch, but it’s a 4 wire one and I’m not sure what 2 wires I should connect to the brown and red on the KLX.

Yessir, I’m running the switch on the front brake with a banjo bolt pressure switch!

Honda CRF250F but any ignition will work!
