Willy Gay wasnt no good in 09-10. I couldn't stand him, he was always getting burned. After he went to Arizona and come back, something changed and he shut me up as he was playing really well his last years.
Getting pumped up watching this! Visualizing that the defense can do this on Sunday. November football... time to be great! Let’s go! Let’s go! Let’s go!
Been a long time since I missed a live play of our boys and I didn't realize all those td's Gay had....! ...Always thought he was good and I met him at a Steeler camp in Mexico and was running cover drills with him....Cool guy and I wish I I've known actually how much he scored. I would of mentioned it...He signed my towel and I told him Steelers Country is where I grew up.....PS4L
No, I mean Woodson was before my time, but I don't hear people talk about Woodson getting burnt like Gay has, also Mel Blount was and probably will always be our best, they changed the rules to outlaw him and he still made 3 pro bowls after that
Woodson was great throughout his career. And truly great, one of the best CBs of all time. Gay was a promising young player, then fell flat on his face when he got his opportunity to start in 2009. He was really, really bad. He got demoted and contributed some as a backup, but couldn't really be trusted. Then he had a resurgence when he started working with Carnell Lake after returning from Arizona. He was finally able to transition from good #4 CB to good starter. TDs and INTs aren't the only thing that make a CB great. For example: Gay could actually catch a ball, and put up some points for us, but he was never as good as Ike Taylor, who couldn't make a pick to save his life. What Taylor could do, however, was cover guys much better, allow fewer completions, yards, and TDs, and sometimes outright shut guys down, including great receivers. Overall, Gay's legacy should be that of a good, solid contributor for the Steelers for a long time. Someone like Deshea Townsend. And that's pretty remarkable, considering the staggering low-points of Gay's career, the type most players never recover from.
Look @ 9:16 Larry Fitzgerald wanted to knock the ball loose but his hand hit the collar instead, if wasn't for that he might haved knock it out. #STEELERZ4LIFE
William Gay wasn't always the most consistent, but holy hell he was a playmaker.

That's why he was called Big Play Gay! If he could have been consistent... WOW

Bandwagon?
That Keisel TD, tears man. Look at the Big Fella!
never knew how much of a beast gay was lmao
He's still pretty gay tho
I have this constant debate among my friends, do his splash plays outweigh the amount of times he gets burnt to a crisp? I say no, some say yes
Was thinking the exact same thing lol gonna have to give him more credit lol
Gage Coleman same
He had his moments but no consistency which was the problem
and to think...the steel curtain did all that on a WEEKLY basis. #truelegends #polamalu43
4:47 when you hit the X button too fast on madden
MLG Clan lol
MLG Clan that always happens to me
That is so true
underrated comment 😂
William Gay has his coverage issues, but when he sees an opening he's a hell of a ball hawk.
I remember in 09-10 despising William Gay, and then all of a sudden a few years later he would tie Rod Woodson for most Return TDs. Remarkable
I miss Troy so much.
Nick Smiley I’m troys brother s
sure you are
fyukfy hi fyu
Nick Smiley we all do but now we have minkah
William Gay is a lot better than I remember. Geez
Gone But Not Forgotten

#PSTEELER4LIFE
Willie Gay with 8 defensive touchdowns , I had no idea. Great video
Big play Willie Gay! Never underestimate the value of a great slot corner
You would've thought these were all home games in Pittsburgh!!!
Seeing Keyaron Fox and then Tyrone Carter get back to back pick sixes was a real blast from the past
Man do I miss those guys
Joseph Graham they were the best
9:00 still one of the greatest plays in super bowl history
Still to this day I get goosebumps. #bestdefense
Steelers Nation!
Hearing John Madden at the end was a treat... thank you
Getting pumped up watching this!
Visualizing that the defense can do this on Sunday.
November football... time to be great! Let’s go! Let’s go! Let’s go!
Lamar Woodley was a clutch dude. He was a sack machine in the playoffs and always looking to make plays.
Big Play Will Gay is an underappreciated player
I miss these Steelers.
There has definitely been a lot more than this lmao
Who heard on the second one DeArron Fox
Basketball fans will get what I mean

Troy polamalu will be going into the NFL Hall of Fame.
In the year 2020, and The Steelers not making it into the Super Bowl; in my world~~~They're ALWAYS "The Champions of the of the World"
Willy Gay knew how to jump a route and had RB vision with the ball in his hands
Minkah Fitzpatrick wanted to make it onto the next iteration of this video :)

William Gay was a silent assassin! Never heard a peep from him but damn did he have some bid plays.
Love my Steelers!
Gods I long for polamolu
This video might confuse someone into believing that we've had a good defense for the past 5 years.
Damn this William Gay was a complete baller - never realized how many pick 6’s he had over his career
Nice footage! Thanks!
imagine this steelers defense with the 70’s offense... this team would be unstoppable.
Though I am a Steeler fan, I would like to thank Fitzgerald for helping Harrison for that last Touchdown!!
Awesome video. Go Steelers!!!
Simplemente magnífico !!!
Love this video!
William Gay was a monster, damn I don’t remember him much
I love reminiscing about Big Play Willy Gay. The man was a Pick6 Machine
Top scoring defense
William Gay stayed in the end zone!!! Damn!!
Troy is awesome!
At 5:35 Greg Olsen said fuck that shit
William Gay knows what to do after a pick. Lol
Why did we ever not re-sign William Gay. He's a baller and still playing.
My boys
Big Play, Willie Gay!
william Gay had quite a few pick 6s
Big play Willie Gay
Alternate title: William Gay *Occasionally* Lets Other Steeler Defenders Score Touchdowns
What’s crazy, is… we’re not far from this again.
William Gay was underrated
Gotta love the phrase "vaccuums in the loose ball"
Nice vid
Gay had I think 5 ints of his in a row for TDS big play willy gay is underrated
William Gay’s career was just one big glow-up.
Nice!!👊🏾👊🏾
Woodson and Gay are tied does this mean Gay could possibly be our best Corner Back he is definitely our most underrated
Jon Triforce no
No, I mean Woodson was before my time, but I don't hear people talk about Woodson getting burnt like Gay has, also Mel Blount was and probably will always be our best, they changed the rules to outlaw him and he still made 3 pro bowls after that

@@beamerball666 Gay was a zone corner not man. He wasn't made for covering receivers in man. He sure could watch a QBs eyes
Looks more like a William Gay highlight video
Just call it the William gay highlight reel
Damn..Gay was doing the damn thing..can we get someone to do half of what Gay did👀
4:49 is the best one
Big Play Willie Gay!
Look @ 9:16 Larry Fitzgerald wanted to knock the ball loose but his hand hit the collar instead, if wasn't for that he might haved knock it out.
#STEELERZ4LIFE
if you think he's gonna hit the ball out of james Harrison's arm you're out of your mind
William gay was a great dp. But I miss Brett Kiesel and Timmons too.
I miss William Gay a lot, dude had such a nose for the end zone whenever he got a turnover, scoring machine
Can you imagine Polamalu on offense, he'd be the greatest WR of all time lol
kickin ass and takin names...
Sad I only remember Gay for getting ran over by Adrien Peterson, and man was D Bo really a beast. Miss that group.
Didn’t know gay was so good lmao
the Will Gay Show!!
Harrison 100 yard int return as half expired by the way in the Superbowl
Harrison's is my favorite with the second being Troy's pic against Balto and zigzagging through all those Ravens. I really do miss both of them.
Poor browns
Big play William gay
Update for minkah back to back game returns
Harrison was a big problem for opposing offenses!
notice that this is almost 10 mins long
Steelers 💪🏻💪🏻
Why not put em in order?
My favorite team is the steelers
Remember when the Steelers actually had a secondary?
They have one now!
Bru, Willy gay was a beast
William gay was a beast. Too bad he was inconsistent .
I fully expected this to be like a 2 min video with how shit our defense has been at forcing turnovers after the last super bowl
Bruh antwan Blake 😭😂
Where oh where was that defensive effort against the jags ?? Lol
The jags sucked when all this happened. Hell they sucking right now. But they know how to party in London and skip out on a $64,000 bar tab lol!
Since 08? No 08 tds here. Deshea Townsends pick 6 on Romo in 08? James Harrison 100 yd td return SB 43?
