Honnestly thats the best thing they done on the mechanical stuff cause i am on xBox ( pc app ) and the app and server are always messing up or down soooo yeah... sync all my stuff and move on on steam

long question sorry but - I have dbd on epic games, but i can’t freely change my dbd name through epic bc they require unique usernames and have a cooldown period. if i buy it on steam and sync both accounts with behavior, and then play it through steam, will the account have my steam name? or the og epic games username? or maybe a behavior account name??(idek if they have that but). Or would it just have the username of wherever i’m playing on, e.g. if i play through epic at 5 pm, it will have my epic username, but if i play through steam at 6 pm, my steam name will appear?
So I play on Xbox, PSN & steam at any given time all synced through BVHR and shows the name of the account I'm playing on at the time, ie, if I'm on steam it shows old_head_gamingyt but on PSN it's old_head_gaming

It should be the higher prestige on every character. So if you had a p13 clown and a p1 clown he'd be p13 on all accounts

You won't need to. You can just log right in on PS5 without crossprogression

Yeah it reset all mine too found out on my first match with Spirit & I had nothing on her for perks or addons
there's no "cross progression" tab on the dead by daylight part when I click on it, it just shows hooked on you cosmetics and it says manage drops.

Ir you're using the same PSN name it will work. The game and purchased dlc are tied to that psn account

Your name stays the same in console. Your name still just shows baser on what system you are on.

Linking your account to BVHR should affect who you can play with in game. That's wild & I would contact BVHR support

hey so i just made the switch from ps5 to pc and i want to transfer my stuff but my friend told me i wouldn’t get my dlc characters so i kinda don’t want to buy the game again and spend more money to get the characters i’ve had. but then i watched this video and it seems like you get everything back. can you confirm if i sync my steam and ps account that i will get someone like the mastermind onto my steam account.

long question sorry but - I have dbd on epic games, but i can’t freely change my dbd name through epic bc they require unique usernames and have a cooldown period. if i buy it on steam and sync both accounts with behavior, and then play it through steam, will the account have my steam name? or the og epic games username? or maybe a behavior account name??(idek if they have that but). Or would it just have the username of wherever i’m playing on, e.g. if i play through epic at 5 pm, it will have my epic username, but if i play through steam at 6 pm, my steam name will appear?
So I play on Xbox, PSN & steam at any given time all synced through BVHR and shows the name of the account I'm playing on at the time, ie, if I'm on steam it shows old_head_gamingyt but on PSN it's old_head_gaming

I'm not sure there is anything for cloud at this point but you could reach out to BVHR support & see if if falls under windows or Xbox for linking

I know that you can't transfer what you have from your switch to your steam account, but does it go the other way? It made it seem like it did. But I'm not sure if I did something wrong. I linked both the accounts on the behavior, but nothing is reflecting on my switch from my PC
You can go from Steam to Switch with add ons, skins & characters but only skins & addons go from Switch to Steam
