Not saying they can’t do more because clearly more needs to be done. But they do clean it everyday and there’s a documentary that shows how many needles Just get dumped in a matter of hours

Sorry to say, but this can be found in any major metropolitan area in usa, but here is especially bad. These people need rehabilitation for drugs, mental health, and on and on. The resources of the local and federal governments are not focused on homeless drug addicts with mental health issues.
